World Cup 2026 | Match schedule, fixtures & stadiums - FIFA

2 days ago · On this page you'll find the full FIFA World Cup 2026™ schedule, including all match fixtures, dates and venues, plus live results from the games played across 16 host cities in Canada,...

I watched a bit of Brazil and Morocco while I walked on my treadmill. I usually watch a cooking show when I walk on the treadmill and have no issues. While watching the soccer match, I was frequently losing my balance or drifting off center as I walked. I think it was focusing on the movement of the ball throwing me off. It was really odd as I couldn't really perceive the drift as it happened (I noticed as my feet hit the edge of the rolling mat).

We tend to go towards where we look.

It could also be stated as the body going to where the mind leads.

I'm surprised I survived my teenage years without getting stuck in the sewers. My mind was frequently in the gutter.

USA plays Australia on Friday though I'm not sure at what time of the day.

Did you play soccer?
When i watch sports i played competitively, i get tense

I played soccer in some youth leagues when I was young (before I got into high school). I don't really get tense watching soccer on TV. I'm not that invested in it. I can appreciate a good play, but it's no sweat to me one way or the other whoever wins.

The virtual elimination of the white race on full display. Why no white players on Senegal?

Hanging out at a Philly sports bar for 13 hours straight during a World Cup watch party

Jun 18, 2026
We stayed at the same Philly sports bar for 13 hours straight during a World Cup watch party.
From 3 p.m. to 4 a.m. Are we crazy? Maybe. But for the first time ever, some Philly bars can stay open until 4 a.m. during the World Cup. So we wanted to see what an entire day — and night — of soccer fandom actually looks like. Little did we know the USA men's national team would put on a show.

World Cup in Boston: Scotland causing beer shortage? Norway–Iraq game preps

Jun 16, 2026
With Scottish football fans in Boston, bars are saying their beer is getting drunken faster than on St. Patrick’s Day or a sports championship — the Dubliner had its biggest week ever! But first, fans of Iraq and Norway were partying ahead of Tuesday’s game, and what travel on the MBTA trains to Boston Stadium was like.

Rodeo hands are tough people. That's no joke.

World Cup visitors are losing their minds over these American foods From ranch dressing that converts Swedish fans on the spot to Carolina BBQ ribs that a Scotsman says ruined all other meat forever. Foreign fans discover the strange delights of the U.S. concession stand. A fun sidebar to the tournament’s culture-clash coverage. (Quartz)

There are tons of vids of FIFA attendees saying stuff like that.

Also many talking of how they'd been lied to about America by their msn's and gov's.
Ie: been told how bad it is here, but when they actually come here, they find they love it.

You'll probably enjoy this (if you haven't already seen it)

The World Was Wrong About America — And Now They’re Admitting It

Jun 30, 2026 Sit Down with Michael Franzese
The whole world just apologized to America — and I’m watching it happen from my hotel in Monaco. With the World Cup here, people are coming to the United States from the UK, France, Japan, South America, everywhere, and they’re saying the same thing: “We owe America an apology.” They were told it was dangerous. They were afraid they’d get mugged or shot. They believed the propaganda about my country. And then they got here — and found the most generous, warm, welcoming people they’d ever met. Fans paying for strangers’ meals. High school stadiums nicer than anything back home. A GoFundMe in Boston just to keep the players around longer. I’ve traveled all over the world, and I’ve been saying this for years: America is the greatest country on earth. It’s a shame it took the World Cup for the world to see it — and even more of a shame that so many people here still don’t. This is my take. God bless America. Salud.

:dontknow:

Trump makes a call and US Soccer gets a star back—and the World Cup is raging

We’re soccer darlings no more.

That was my immediate thought upon hearing President Trump appealed to his buddy Gianni Infantino before FIFA suspended its suspension—yes, that’s really what they did, they suspended a suspension—of the red-carded and exiled United States soccer star Folarin Balogun, reinstating him for Monday’s do-or-die match with Belgium.

Oh boy. Here we go. The World Cup has gotten as nutty as college football.

Until now, it’d been a breezy World Cup for the United States, one of the tournament’s three hosts. A likeable Waldo-shirted national team has cruised into the round of 16, its best performance in ages. Visiting international fans have rhapsodized about our hospitality and gushed over culinary miracles like ranch dressing and Philly cheesesteak while trekking to Costco like it is our version of the pyramids.

Well, we have been rigging the games already, Trump made the Iranian team travel for hours before and after games.

Protect Messi and just about guarantee a berth for Argentina in the finals? What's next?

All-nighters, phone bans and school screenings - how you watched England's epic win

There was jubilation, exhaustion and plenty of caffeine across England on Monday after the Three Lion's dramatic 3-2 win over Mexico sending them into the World Cup quarter-finals.

Fans powered through a 02:00 BST kick-off gathering in packed pubs, while other celebrated quietly from their sofas, and a few woke up devastated to realize they slept through the game.

Here are your stories you shared with us.
