No knock raids are complete bullshit. Locally, Houston is abandoning them after their narcotics division executed a couple while serving a warrant based upon a complete fabrication of pretext.

Stuff like that happens all the time or they'll get the wrong house, bust down some guys door, shoot his dog, then shoot him, wife & who knows who/what else. Never any consequences for it either, just a "woops" we'll get it right next time. :doodoo: Wait till all these red flag laws start passing, you'll be seeing a lot more JBT's executing people cause their MIL doesn't like them, or like that they own guns or whatever. They will be forcing a new civil war upon America.

He was criticising the SRO for leaving his post during school hours. Then he said that “someone could shoot up the school while he was gone.” The waitress didn’t listen to the tone of voice or any of the surrounding conversation clues. She called police and reported him as a threat to the school. Nichols was fired...

That seems particularly egregious. Red flag laws vary by state - some have decent due process protections. Looks like MA's doesn't.
