Former FBI Director James Comey indicted on 2 counts

Washington — Former FBI Director James Comey was indicted Thursday on two counts, marking a major escalation in President Trump's efforts to target his political opponents and use the Justice Department as part of his campaign to seek retribution against his most ardent critics.

Comey was charged with one count of making false statements and one count of obstruction of justice, related to Senate testimony he gave almost five years ago. A majority of grand jurors did not approve indicting him on an additional count of lying to Congress, according to court papers — an unusual development since grand juries rarely reject charges.

We have him on video literally lying to Congress while under oath. It's going to take some democrat-level weaseling to get out of this in one piece.

They are going to use him to get to the one who initiated the Russia hoax.

MSN is like eating McDonalds food in a run-down part of big city. Looks real in presentation. Soo glad Trump is following through

MORE TO COME
@Comey

Based on my two decades covering
@fbi

@TheJusticeDept
a thin indictment suggests a holding charge with the potential of a more complex, superseding indictment that adds more charges.

This is not only possible, but plausible in Comey's case based on the recently declassified FBI leak investigations via
@FBIDirectorKash
codenamed "ARCTIC HAZE."

The “ARCTIC HAZE” records reveal several FBI senior leaders and Columbia Law Professor Daniel Richman said they coordinated media leaks at Comey's direction.

James Rybicki - former FBI Chief of Staff
James Baker - former FBI General Counsel
Andrew McCabe - former Deputy Director
Daniel Richman - Columbia Law Professor

August 14, I was among the first to report on "ARCTIC HAZE." 👇

The parties did not respond to my request for comment about the declassified ARTIC HAZE records.

They are going to use him to get to the one who initiated the Russia hoax.
That damn Q thang yet again!!

It's almost as if we 'Q followers' had the script in advance!! LOL

People need to remember “why” Comey lied before Congress and what he was lying about.

This indictment for lying leads DIRECTLY to the entire “conspiracy.”

James Comey told Congress that there was no secret Obama spy operation against Trump.
He said that if there was one, he would have known about it because he was the FBI director and in charge.

Oops!!

Anybody remember this Q drop?

Did you catch that?

Obama gave the order to spy on the Trump campaign both “domestically and a “foreign” investigation.
There’s a “paper trail.”

“She was never supposed to lose.”

That’s an order to James Comey “domestically” and John Brennan “foreign.”

And don’t fall for the black pillers take on this being a minor crime.

They are charging this first indictment right before the statute of limitations runs out on lying to Congress.

Trump is making sure that Comey will be indicted for ALL of his crimes.
Even perjury.

It will all be in court records for the sake of history as an example of traitors.
That’s important.

I promised you to explain the current developments by using the Q posts. Why? Because Q explained everything to us already. Those who followed and understood the Q posts are totally prepared for what is to come. The Great Awakening is happening in phases. The first phase started in 2017 for those already awake or ready to do the research. They were guided by the Q posts.

The second phase is happening right now. Trump is exposing the Deep State. In his speeches and posts he announces the next step of the playbook. Within a few days, you can see the action Trump predicted/promised/demanded.

Today is an exciting day, as it presents the First Indictment:

This is promising, isn’t it?

Today James Comey was indicted.

He will be the first on a long list of Deep State players.

To prepare us for this first indictment and arrest, Q gave us 76 posts about James Comey. Q 3rd ever post already mentions Comey. This post is very applicable in our current time. Even the National Guard in the US cities is mentioned.

Post by post Q tells us about the treason of James Comey. As FBI Director, Comey dropped the open investigation into the Clinton Foundation. Remember from the Fall of the Cabal documentary how the Clinton Foundation received billions of USD for help for Haiti and used it for their own private affairs? Without going into too much detail, just read these headlines about it:

After that horrible earthquake in Haiti, the people didn’t receive adequate help. Instead child trafficking and child abuse became a booming business. James Comey helped with the cover-up, by dropping the investigation into the Clinton Foundation.

The Comey Indictment: Revenge Prosecution or Legitimate Charges?

Sep 28, 2025
Former FBI Director James Comey has been indicted, and the New York Times is calling it a "break glass moment," thrusting the DOJ into "new territory." But it's not new territory; it's the continuation of a cycle that began when Democrats used prosecutions to try to destroy Trump and his 2024 run for a second term. What exactly are the charges against Comey, and is the prosecution constitutional? I break it all down in this episode.

Trump admin suffers blow in James Comey case

A federal judge in Virginia has denied a Justice Department request for extended discovery deadlines in the criminal case against former FBI Director James Comey, ordering prosecutors to provide all discovery materials to the defense by 5 p.m. today, October 13.

Comey, who led the FBI from 2013 to 2017, was indicted on September 25 in the Eastern District of Virginia on two felony counts: making false statements to Congress and obstruction of a congressional proceeding.

Newsweek reached out to the Department of Justice for comment via email outside of normal office hours on Monday.

James Comey notches win in criminal case — as judge tears into prosecutors

ALEXANDRIA, Va. — A federal judge in the criminal case against James Comey scolded prosecutors in a tense court hearing Wednesday — and demanded that they hand over evidence “immediately” to attorneys for the ex-FBI director, who is charged with lying to Congress about leaking investigative information to media.

US Magistrate Judge William E. Fitzpatrick heard arguments inside the northern Virginia courtroom for roughly an hour, pressing prosecutors on the scope of the evidence already obtained, and whether any of it may have infringed on Comey’s attorney-client privilege.

At issue were three search warrants executed by the FBI in 2019 and 2020 as part of the bureau’s Arctic Haze probe into how classified information from the bureau was leaked to news outlets.

DOJ Had Its First Big Hearing in a “Trump Enemy’’ Prosecution. The Judge Was Not Pleased.

In the world of sports, there is an old maxim that captures the essence of competitive athletics: “Play the ball, not the person.” Play the ball, focus on the competition itself, honor the game, and don’t try to humiliate or hate your opponent.

This is one of the many lessons that our current president appears never to have learned or accepted. President Trump is the classic “play the person” kind of leader. He seems to take pleasure in making everything personal.

His approach does great damage to our culture and politics. It is also deeply destructive of our legal system.

The president doesn’t hide his everything-is-personal approach. In fact, he wants the American public to know who his enemies are and to understand his embrace of an “all’s fair in love and war” political ethos.

Oh gee another useless attractive attorney that Trump pickled. WTF is with him and attractive women he wants to put in important positions? I love attractive women but he really needs to stop thinking with his dick and put competent people in place.

Good bit of news out today. Lotta bullshit happened with the grand jury. Seems that T's handpicked lawyer lied through her teeth.

She was 3rd runner up in a beauty pageant though. Maybe he can get that Miss Carolina girl appointed to something important as well.

If Bondi had all the evidence and blew it (maybe intentionally!), then she should face the consequences. I don't care if some super power pressed her. She should have resisted or walked away. Or stood up and refused to obey. That seems to be a rare choice from the DC crowd. But a veterinarian told me, "while there is life, there is hope."

US judge tosses case against ex-FBI chief Comey, New York AG James

WASHINGTON (Reuters) -A federal judge on Monday dismissed criminal charges against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James, finding that the U.S. Attorney hand-picked by President Donald Trump to bring the cases was unlawfully appointed in a ruling that dealt a major blow to the Justice Department's efforts to pursue perceived political enemies of the president.

Trump DOJ Trying to Get New Grand Jury to Indict Comey Again Despite Statute of Limitations Already Expiring

The Department of Justice is trying to bring a new indictment against former FBI Director James Comey after the previous attempt was dismissed, according to a report by MS NOW.

In that previous case, Comey had entered not guilty pleas for the two counts against him: making a false statement to Congress and obstruction of a congressional proceeding. The prosecution was widely panned as lacking in legal merit, even by numerous conservatives, with many viewing the case as a politically motivated prosecution by President Donald Trump and finding multiple flaws with the documents filed by the president’s recent appointee for U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, his former attorney Lindsey Halligan.
