Welcome to the forum.

Looks like Vol 1 was pulled. I've tried looking around but only come up with places to buy hard copies. If I do come across it in pdf form I'll post it here along with two as a bump for the thread.

If you or anyone else comes across it in a pdf feel free to post it up.
 
I've searched absolutely everywhere. Somebody has it in thier stash I'm sure. Just gotta ask them. Thank you anyway. I'll post when I find
