We placed a silver order with this company in the thousands of dollars over a month ago. To this day, they have not delivered the order.

They gave us a tracking number that shows nothing when we enter it at the usps web site.

We asked them repeatedly when they will deliver the silver, and they either ignore us or give vague answers.

Does anyone have any advice on how we should proceed?

First off let me say that I am so sorry for your situation.

I don't know if you've gotten any results since you posted this, but I looked into it just now and found a few links, at least for the ioffer site, that may help you.
You can submit a request(complaint) with their help support here: http://help.ioffer.com/home
and I found that they also have a Twitter account where you can touch base with the admins in regards to the ticket you would make in the first link. Link 2-https://twitter.com/iOffer_Help

Also to add to PMBUG's post with his link, I followed it and found even more bad reviews for the company you're dealing with on the same site. Three seem to be from the same person which I noticed were retracted, but the other two are more recent and they don't have any updated info or retractions. If you are getting nowhere with this company, I would recommend reporting them to various entities. I've had a friend who was in a similar situation and he didn't even bother contacting anyone. One of those complaints listed on ripoff report has a poster who provides links to various agencies who could help. I would also recommend contacting the FTC amongst the Attorney Generals, US Postal Inspector Service, BBB, and FBI links that he/she provided. I'd even consider the IRS since I'm sure they'd be interested in income perhaps not being declared by this company? I wish you well with your quagmire, and hope you get some resolution.

**I forgot to mention, if you wired the money to them you may be able to contact your bank and see what they can do for you. I'm not sure what, but don't give up!

I placed an order with this company many months ago and mailed them a money order. They have not delivered. Like many other customers I have received unlimited excuses and no delivery. They are not getting away with this, I have decided to take legal action.

If this company owes you metal or a refund and you want to pursue a lawsuit, please contact us so we can join forces in a class action lawsuit to recover what we are owed. The attorney we are working with works on a contingency fee basis, which means there are no legal fees up front. The lawyer will take their fee as a percentage of what we recover from the defendant. To participate in the lawsuit, forward us your contact information and we will get in touch with you.

3. how much metal or money the company owes you
4. when did you place the order
5. how did you pay


It is important that we take action quickly, because if we wait too long the statute of limitations will run out and we won't be able to pursue legal action to recover anything.

Also make sure to file complaints with the following agencies. Someone on another web site suggested it could help the authorities get involved.

Hi Delia, does your lawyer have a name or business website? It doesn't seem very professional to only list a Yahoo! email address.

I think all the 13 people that have problems with this company should file a class action suite. I purchased (2) Monster Box Sealed 500 1oz American Silver Eagles-2012

Amount: $30000.00 they sent me one of the 2. I called them on all there phone numbers 888-811-0172, 703-996-4752 and 703-996-4852. I e-mailed them at premetalex@gmail.com
and on the ioffer.com website which I think we should sue.
