My 8 year-old daughter had a homework assignment yesterday. She was supposed to imagine they were going on a trip on a spaceship, traveling at the speed of light, and they had decide what they would bring with them.
While the other kids listed things like candy, cameras and teddy bears, my daughter wrote that she would bring her family because time would slow traveling at the speed of light and 100 years might pass on earth while she was gone.
