I believe this is a German silver ingot. But why was it found in the Australian waters? Also, is the 999 mark too advanced?

It's quite astonishing. I have something similar as well, but with a different style. I've acquired many of these before, but I'm worried that there are some Nazi symbols on the silver ingots, and they might be prohibited.

So I'm not sure if these silver ingots are replicas. I don't know if there are any appraisal institutions. I know there are many appraisal companies for coins.
