Rickards was the one that was saying that was in the works and coming soon. That was before the Trump election though. It appears that Trump isn't on the same page with the global elite at the moment so it remains to be seen how that will affect the big picture plans.
 
Yeah, its gone a bit quiet on this idea.
Rickards wasnt the only one talking about it though.
I was a bit surprised that there was no apparent further discussion at the recent Davos gathering.
