The advanced “Khyber” missiles no longer head toward their originally warned targets, but instead strike unexpected locations.

Attacks on desalination drag water supplies into the war with Iran

An Iranian drone attack damaged a desalination plant in Bahrain, bringing the war to the oil-rich Persian Gulf’s most strategic resource: drinking water.

The attack did material damage, the Gulf state’s Interior Ministry said Sunday. Iran hadn’t addressed the attack, but a day earlier Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said the U.S. had attacked an Iranian desalination plant on the Gulf island of Qeshm. “The U.S. set this precedent, not Iran,” Araghchi said on social media.

🇺🇸🇮🇷🇮🇱 Satellite images of Iran's missile bases, which continue to be subjected to airstrikes

- Missile base south of Isfahan. A photo dated March 3 shows traces of strikes around two tunnel entrances. It's unclear whether they collapsed as a result of the strikes.

- Missile base in Qazvin. The photo shows destroyed buildings on the surface and two destroyed vehicles.

- Missile base north of Kermanshah. All buildings on the surface were destroyed, and the tunnel entrances were damaged. Traces of strikes are also visible on the road, but it's unclear what was the target.

- Missile base south of Tabriz. Recently built radar domes and auxiliary buildings were destroyed, and the tunnel entrances were damaged. Numerous craters are also visible along the roads.

- Missile base in Dezful. Buildings on the surface were destroyed as a result of strikes.

- Missile base in Bid Kaneh. The tunnel entrances were subjected to strikes with anti-bunker munitions. The checkpoint and auxiliary buildings were destroyed. Scattered craters indicate strikes on launchers.

- An updated photo of the missile base north of Isfahan. The destruction of launchers, likely leaving the underground part of the base, continues. The photo shows traces of fuel spills from at least two destroyed launchers.

- An updated photo of the missile base in Khorramabad, which was subjected to repeated strikes. This time, it seems that the tunnel entrances were the target.

It's unclear whether anti-bunker munitions were used, but after the repeated strikes, the entrances suffered serious damage. Traces of a strike on one launcher were also found.

- Missile base in Yazd. The targets of the strikes were the tunnel entrances. Auxiliary buildings were destroyed. Craters along the road indicate attempts to strike the launchers, but it's hard to say whether they were successful.

- Missile base in Lorestan. Traces of strikes on the tunnels are visible, and most of the auxiliary buildings were destroyed or suffered significant damage. Traces of strikes are visible on the roads - likely in an attempt to hit the launchers.

They will use him to smoke out the leaks. Give false reports of his whereabouts to suspects and wait for the bombs to fall.

I so expect somebody will eventially rat him out amd be turned into a grease spot.

They are going to bury Iran so deep the country will get broken up, name changed and a new airport will get built called Trump Int'l.

Pete Hegseth: The 60 Minutes Interview

Mar 8, 2026
As the war with Iran entered its second week, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth addressed where the U.S. campaign stands and what President Trump's call for "unconditional surrender" from Iran would look like.

Been hearing a lot about this lately. Seems Graham traveled all over the middle east telling certain leaders how to talk to T to get him to attack Iran. And we, the American taxpayers funded these trips. This is just one of the stories.

Lindsay Graham Met With Israeli Intelligence In Attempt To Lobby Trump On War With Iran

Republican South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham made multiple trips to Israel in recent weeks to gather ammunition for his push to get President Trump to strike Iran, sitting down with members of the country’s spy agency along the way.

“They’ll tell me things our own government won’t tell me,” Graham told the Wall Street Journal (WSJ). The South Carolina Republican also admitted to advising Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on the best way to pitch Trump on military action, according to the same report. Netanyahu ultimately presented intelligence to the president that helped convince him to green-light the operation, WSJ reported.

Israel Hayom, an Israeli outlet, confirmed the tight relationship between Graham and Netanyahu, describing the senator as one of four central figures behind the war. The outlet reported that Graham flew back to Mar-a-Lago from his Middle East tour carrying word that Gulf states wanted the U.S. to act, a message that clashed with what was being reported publicly at the time.

Very good summary of where we are at.

For those that think Iran is some massive threat I would pose this question. Which country has killed more people in the last x amount of years? X can equal anything from 10-50.
Israel caused deaths=
Iran caused deaths=

I dont have the exact numbers but would be willing to bet that the Israelis have killed far more than the Iranians and the major reason why Israel doesn't want Iran to have the bomb is because they fear retaliation.

LOL, how will those "trap" US and Israeli forces? You mean decoy to waste bombs on them?

And with no runways in sight? Fighter jets parked in the desert? Sure that will fool them, LOL

They fell for painted jets and helicopters already....nothing says you can't cover a runway with sand and make it look like the desert. The Iraqis buried jets/missiles all over the place.

The evidence is clear, this is not a Tomahawk

Iran alleged that an American Tomahawk Cruise Missile hit a school (buried in an IRGC compound) in southern Iran, killing 165 people.

Analysis of a newly released video tells a different story.

ANALYSIS:
A-I analysis confirms the wings of the munition in question sit about 40%-45% down the body of the munition. On a Tomahawk, the wings sit roughly 49%-50% down the body of the munition.

The wing to body ratio of the munition in question matches an Iranian Kh-55–derived Land Attack Cruise Missile.

Further, the video shows the munition in a steep dive angle for the final attack phase. This places the attack angle at approximately 70%, which is the max attack angle for a Tomahawk.

The attack angle does not match the KH-55. That angle maxes out at about 55 degrees. So what would have caused this?

CONCLUSION:
The wing positioning alone makes the munition impossible to be a Tomahawk. The attack angle is at the max of the Tomahawk's capabilities. The typical attack angle for a Tomahawk is much lower than 70 degrees. The typical angle is between 20-45 degrees.

This is due to the flight pattern of Tomahawks. They fly very low horizontally to the ground, often only 50-100 meters AGL to avoid detection and interception. In order to achieve that attack angle, the missile would have had to gain altitude several kilometers away, this would leave it vulnerable for interception. This is highly unlikely on the first day of US attacks.

So what could have caused this?
Simply put, GPS jamming of an Iranian KH-55. The USA and Israel were, and continue to actively jam the Iranian airspace.

If the KH-55's signal was jammed, this could result in an uncontrollable dive. Think of GPS jamming more like disorienting the missile.
