  • The nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office estimates the Iran war has cost the Pentagon $38.1 billion through Aug. 1 and could cost another $2 billion to $3 billion monthly.
  • The U.S. has used as much as two-thirds of its missile defense interceptors since June 2025; replenishing them could take at least five years.

The following is the Defense Department Office of Inspector General report to Congress on Operation Epic Fury, published Sept. 14, 2026.

This is the first report on OEF. This report fulfills a quarterly reporting responsibility pursuant to the Inspector General Act of 1978, as amended. This report covers the period through June 30, 2026.

Introduction

On February 28, 2026, U.S. forces launched Operation Epic Fury (OEF) as a U.S.-Israeli partnered campaign to “destroy Iran’s ability to project military power” in the region by striking Iranian nuclear, missile, naval, and regime security targets. According to State, Iran poses the greatest threat to the United States from the Middle East, both directly, in the form of its nuclear and ballistic missile capabilities, and indirectly, in its funding of terror proxies. Secretary of War Pete Hegseth said that for decades, Iran has waged an ongoing conflict with the United States that has included lethal attacks against U.S. forces in the Middle East, threats and attacks against regional countries, and support to terrorist proxy organizations. After U.S. strikes on Iran’s nuclear sites in June 2025, Iran expanded its ballistic missile production to protect its nuclear weapons development program.

Iran says hackers launched a cyberattack on a massive oil tanker bound for Galveston​

GALVESTON, Texas — The U.S. Coast Guard is investigating a cyberattack targeting an oil supertanker that was traveling through the Gulf toward Galveston last month.

A specialized team of Coast Guard and FBI officials boarded the VL Prosperity in the Gulf on Aug. 21 after authorities learned that the South Korean-managed vessel’s computer network had been compromised, Coast Guard officials said.

Imagine if Mossad had taken control of Iran's government (as they have, ours), around about 1985 or so. What they could be doing with the global oil market now...

What happens when you have two groups, both of who KNOW they're Yaweh-Jehovah-Allah's favorite...one group was told, anything they do is okay because they're The Chosen. The other group was told, Kill-The-Infidel - and has no proscription against lying, stealing, raping.
