The more Trump talks about this and tries to downplay it the more it looks like he has something to hide. Also attacking and disparaging everyone else that talks about it does the same thing. At the same time it's hard to imagine he is on the list and it wasn't used against him before the election.

That's what needs to be released. The GJ transcripts of the evidence used to arrest and charge Epstein in the first place.

Maxwell was later charged with sex traffiking underage girls to Epstein, but he had already been charged with sex traffiking himself, as well as conspiracy to commit sex traffiking. Conspiracy requires multiple people, and Maxwell wasn't charged at the time, so there had to be others involved for there to even be conspiracy charges. Otherwise it'd just be charges of sex with underage girls. Traffiking is the buying and selling of an illicit thing, and to have a seller requires a buyer. Otherwise, by definition, it cannot be considered to be traffiking.
....yet there was enough evidence of conspiracy for a GJ to allow an indictment.


Bill is actually on the flight logs of having gone to Epstein's island. Multiple times.

Supposedly Trump did not go to his island. He was on his plane, but per my understanding only flew from FLA to NYC on it along with his wife and two kids.
 
If Trump could prove that, he really should instead of obstructioning the investigation.

Today

-Yesterday a DOJ lawyer met with Maxi and her lawyer. The DOJ lawyer is U.S. Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche who was T's criminal defense lawyer during his 2024 criminal trial in NYC. Maxi's lawyer is David Oscar Markus. For those who don't know, these two are buds. Todd will be meeting with Maxi and Markus again today.

I could be dead wrong but I have a feeling that the fix may be in. I believe that Maxi will say something that will benefit T, and in turn, T will do something to benefit Maxi.

Ghislaine Maxwell makes pitch to Supreme Court​

The U.S. Supreme Court should hear Ghislaine Maxwell's appeal of her 2021 sex trafficking conviction because the government has an "obligation to honor" a non-prosecution agreement with Jeffrey Epstein that inoculated Maxwell from any criminal charges, her lawyers argued in a brief to the Supreme Court Monday.

"Plea and non-prosecution agreements resolve nearly every federal case. They routinely include promises that extend to others—co-conspirators, family members, potential witnesses. If those promises mean different things in different parts of the country, then trust in our system collapses," the brief said.

Only problem is, that plea deal should have only included non-prosecution of crimes PRIOR to the plea deal.

Were the crimes she is convicted committed prior to 2008, or after? I thought they were from after that date, but I could be wrong.

I don't think the gov gives immunity from prosecution for crimes that haven't been committed yet.
 
When the list is going to have names like Clinton, Trump, plus numerous other politicians, celebrities, royalty, billionaires & other people of power & influence, you'll never see the full unredacted list. I don't just mean having the victims names redacted, that's fine. Although many of the victims, with at least one also "committing suicide", have come out & spoken about it, so if they are OK with having their names in the report, then leave that in too, but it won't happen. What I find funny is you have lefties pointing at Trump (and Bush too), while he & the people on the right point at FJB & barry. Funny thing is Epstein was tried & convicted (served 13 months) under Bush, then shortly after he got out, he got arrested & was awaiting trial while being held in custody by barry. He "committed suicide" on donnies watch in the middle of his 1st term. So both FJB & donnie smell to high heaven in regards to the epstein files. I don't know if FJB is on the list, but I wouldn't be surprised if Hunter is & of course a lot of other top dems like slick willy. After the last couple weeks I've resigned myself to the fact we'll NEVER see these files unredacted & the chomo's in those files will never be brought to justice, at least in regards to Epsteins island matters.

Epstein was her client per the evidence of the trial. She was convicted of traffiking girls to him.


What you need to be asking is, who were Epstein's co-conspirators at the time he was arrested in 2019.

He was charged with sex traffiking and conspiracy to commit sex traffiking. We know he wasn't selling girls back to Maxwell, so there has to be others or the Grand Jury couldn't have indicted him on conspiracy charges.
.....and she wasn't charged as his co-conspirator.
