Another state (Minnesota?) recently ruled the other way and affirmed Trump's eligibility. SCOTUS doesn't want to step in here, but they likely will have to as more States take sides.

Maybe Fl should ban Joe Biden for being an incestuous corrupt pediphile. Elections going forward will certainly be interesting as states start banning candidates they don't like.

Trump foes turn to Constitution's 'insurrection' ban to keep him off 2024 ballot

Dec 29 (Reuters) - Maine on Thursday became the second U.S. state to bar Donald Trump from a Republican presidential primary ballot, part of a flurry of legal challenges to his eligibility to run for president in 2024.

What a fine Democracy you got there. One crazy lady decided who can't run. We should be a great example for the world to see.... and hate.

I mentioned Minnesota earlier. I think it was actually Michigan. Some (legal) analysis:

California does not want to enter the ring:
California's secretary of state has kept former President Donald Trump on the state's 2024 presidential primary ballot despite the contrary decisions in Colorado and Maine that have sought to remove him.

On Dec. 28, California Secretary of State Shirley Weber, a Democrat, certified the list of candidates ahead of the March 5, 2024, Presidential Primary Election ballot.

Ms. Weber’s decision comes after being confronted with calls from the state's lieutenant governor, Eleni Kounalakis, to remove President Trump from the ballot.

Of course, for those who actually understand our no their Democracy, the entire primary system was designed to keep outsiders out. And for those pesky few who slipped in they would quickly be controlled. Controlling who could be on the ballets, even things like having to get signatures and then not to mention the real power in counting those pesky votes. It's all a controlled scam for optics.
