i did sell some etf silver proxies mid last week.....due to wanting to move it to miners soon it also coincided with the retoric out there about funds rebalancing which i take with a grain of salt .....but the plan is to move into miners next week

Which miners do you like.long?
im not a picker........i am a Sprott fan so i will probably use SLVR ....... may move some to SETM as a other metals play........ my basic thoughts are we had a big move in the metals themselves which i caught with PSLV .....now with fuel costs low its time for the Miners to start outperforming as they get leverage from lower fuel costs and higher metal prices in addition to following the metals prices themselves due to proven reserves .....

Just my personal way of thinking (yes long)

i am always intrested in hearing other peoples strategies and thoughts

and this has absolutely nothing to do with my physical holdings

I don't know a thing about mining but I'd get some professional advice before sinking money into the 3'rd world to look for SLVR. From what I gather proven reserves of ore itself are scarce so such investments are highly speculative and one shouldn't expect quick returns. If an outfit folds up and steals your money you'd have few if any recourses.

On the other hand investment in an established outfit with a proven track record ? Well thats different. SLVR is on fire right now and a company could make a lot of money digging it up for both them and their investors. It might be a good time to load in some.

yes SLVR is a fund with proven producers not speculative junior miners .......... how i look at it is Sprott can closely monitor and pick proven producers better than i can, and proven producers will start benefiting quickly from higher prices and lower fuel costs

i have also invested in Jr miners and exploratory miners in the past usually they are penny stocks and will jump when they find and prove in the ground reserves, after that they are usually bought out by a major miner ....they are very speculative and more tied to finding a proving reserves vs actual metal

I am a fan of SLVR, but lately AGQ has been outperforming with 2x leverage.

If you are a Sprott fan look at HYMC. He is a major shareholder and board members have been adding to their personal holdings.

It had a nice gsp up in Dec 2025. Looks like EXK might be setting up for same.

slvr ...gives exposure to both EXK and HYMC........what i didnt like about HYMC is that they were not in production yet so it didnt fit my thinking ................was planning to enter a position today but i think i will relax a few days LOL

You might want to wait for a pullback. I almost sold my position @ +25% in one day. I was up almost 6 figs on the day! I don't believe it.

If you own SLVR you should also own SLV. I found in 2025 SILJ was out performing AGQ, then AGQ took off and never looked back.

Don't forget GDXU on pullbacks because it is gold.miners, but also a psuedo proxy for silver miners with 3x leverage.

I sold PSLV and SLV with intents to go to SLVR ........i have been using SGDM for my gold miners exposure but GDXU would have been a better choice ..........fwiw SLVR does have exposure to PSLV also ...........SILJ is in my opinion a totally different sort of play but its done well, if i do Jrs i do tend to "stock pick em" on a case by case basis

GDXU consistes of 70% GDX + 30% GDXJ with 3x leverage.

SILJ was a core holding until AGQ passed it up. SILJ is stilla.good performer.
