Report to Congress on U.S. Air Force Fighter Force Structure​

The following is the Sept. 4, 2026, Congressional Research Service report, Air Force Fighter Force Structure: Background and Issues for Congress.

From the report​

includes tactical fighter aircraft for various missions, including air-to-air combat, air-to-ground attack, air interdiction, suppression or destruction of enemy air defenses, close air support, strike control and reconnaissance, combat search and rescue support, and airborne forward air control.

In my search to find out the truth of Heinrich Himmler's death, I recently stumbled on some rather extraordinary new evidence that completely changes the official story - British archival documents proving that Himmler was interrogated for at least 8 hours, as well as evidence he was identified earlier than currently stated and the names of MI5 spooks present during that interrogation and his death.

A Long March​

China’s 90-year journey toward a formidable amphibious assault capability began with river crossings as the Communist army retreated—then island invasions as it went on the offensive.

Unveiled in late December 2024, China’s newest amphibious assault ship, the Type 076 Yulan-class Sichuan, displaces more than 40,000 tons and is uniquely equipped—for an amphibious ship—with an electromagnetic catapult, a full-length flight deck, and arresting gear.1 She represents a next-generation amphibious warfare capability for the People’s Liberation Army Navy (PLAN), yet her heritage can be traced to a time before the creation of the People’s Republic of China, when the Red Army was fighting for its survival.
