This article is my third in a series in which I examine various ideas found in Nassim Nicholas Taleb's new book Antifragile. He wrote the influential book The Black Swan in 2007.

While the "barbell" investment idea (90% in very safe investments and 10% in very risky ones) has been around for sometime, I explore for the benefit of those not familiar with the idea or those of you who choose not to buy his book...

Please note that Taleb describes this far better than I do, and his ART WORK is far superior...!
 
Im either 100% in a very risk investment, or 100% in a very safe one .........
