Absolute lunacy.

What, do they believe landlords are "hoarding" empty space? How is taxing MOAR for property that cannot be rented, mostly for the chaos and filth on the streets in front of these structures...how is the higher tax gonna do anything, except increase abandoned structures, and moar visits by Benny The Torch?
