Did ‘Jesus Nut’ cause New York helicopter crash?​

Somehow, in my mind I'm drawn to similarities with the Titan submersible.

People with so much money they have become insulated to facts...such as obvious dangers...spend huge quantities of that money on recreational trips. Something goes wrong, and all die.

The Titan was an obvious risk; but even something like a helicopter jaunt...however far we've taken engineering on those things, they ARE NOT totally safe. They are dodging other air traffic and vertical obstacles, wires strung around, winds, and other hazards in an immense urban landscape.

And when things go wrong on a helicopter, they go REAL wrong. If you're in a gypsy cab in NYC, and the transmission grenades and locks up...the cab spins out and stops, maybe gets hit by other traffic on the highway; but the odds are in your favor you'll be able to climb out a window, dust off your pants, swear a little and start walking.

When your helicopter transmission locks up, it gets ripped out, taking other parts, and you become a falling bubble. Even landing in the relatively-cushioning water, as happened, is not assurance.

It would behoove us all to re-examine the risks of these choices of entertainment.

From what I've been hearing Newark is a mess. Near misses, radar / radio blackouts, ATC's having nervous breakdowns, airlines cancelling flights in and out of the place, etc.

Let's see..........we have old, outdated and crumbling infrastructure and that's not a good thing. But we have gazillions-o-bucks to give to countries all over the globe, fight wars galore and that's a good thing. WTF!!! Where are our priorities?????????

Trump Admin Launches 'Brand New' Air Traffic Control System: What To Know​

Transport Secretary Sean Duffy and President Donald Trump, who spoke via speakerphone, introduced a new air traffic control system in a major update amid heightened scrutiny surrounding aviation safety.

"Decades of neglect have left us with an outdated system that is showing its age," Duffy said in his prepared remarks. "Building this new system is an economic and national security necessity, and the time to fix it is now."

The administration will look to add fiber, wireless and satellite systems to over 4,600 locations across the country. The White House set an ambitious deadline of 2028 to finish the overhaul, which the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee estimates could cost $12.5 billion to complete.

Not wanting to sully my computer by going to MSN-Woke-Central....I wonder if the confusion between new DATA MANAGEMENT infrastructure, and a new "System" - structure, personnel, management changes - if that confusion is borne of ignorant reporters, or a deliberate push.

This is probably the wrong time to do it, as DEI and Jab injuries are stressing the system to its limits. If a new computer system HAD to be done, it should have been slowly, quietly eased in.

Now the Woketards will blame DRUMPF!! for EVERY issue that happens, now to when we install the First Barmaid into the White House.

I may have limited connectivity to analyze this crash.
A RAT deployment may indicate a much greater problem like loss of BOTH engines or loss of both main A/C busses.

Air India Crash Update 2: New CCTV camera image released. Problem Taken to the Air. One survivor​

Here I just the know fact and only my opinion about the Crash. There are many questions that could not be answered at this point so we need more data and investiogation team will find out what happened.

An Air India Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner, flight AI171, crashed in Meghaninagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, after takeoff from runway 23 at Ahmedabad International Airport (AMD/VAAH).

A video, purportedly of the accident, shows the aircraft descending with the undercarriage still extended until it disappears out of view, following by a large explosion.

The aircraft crashed into a hostel building for doctors, located 1,4 km southwest of the runway end. Several MBBS students were residing in the building.

As improbable as it may seem, the theory of a dual engine failure holds some weight based on the following observations:

1. The aircraft achieved a positive rate of climb after takeoff. In fact, if you compare its altitude and speed with the same flight on the previous day, both values seems to be very similar at the same position over the runway. This may suggests that the aircraft initially performed normally.

2. Without any visible pitch change or other obvious issues, the aircraft suddenly stopped climbing and began an immediate descent. This is consistent with a sudden and total loss of thrust.

3. The ADS-B signal drops at an altitude consistent with the point at which the power loss likely occurred. This aligns with the fact that, to my knowledge, the emergency power system (RAT – Ram Air Turbine) does not supply power to the ADS-B transmitter.

4. In the high-quality vertical phone recording of the Air India crash, a propeller-like sound can be heard as the aircraft passes by. This noise closely resembles the characteristic sound of a deployed RAT in flight.

Of course this is only speculation at this point.
