Seriously. That, I read years ago after the nooze liars started doing this schtick with Bush...it's considered disqualifiable. An evaluation requires physical observation in controlled settings, not selected quotes that may not even have been truthfully repeated.

Hate to say it...but Trump's got Oldtimer's Disease, too. IMHO it's undeniable. I spent a fair amount of time in nursing homes - grandmother, then, father. This is what happens when the mouth is engaged but the brain's got clutch-slippage.
