The WNBA, with few paying patrons...is moar accurately the WLGBT+AABA, and white women who like being women, being with men, are simply not welcomed. Particularly not if they're reasonably attractive.

How about a complete embargo? For a few months, just seal off the entire border to all vehicular traffic.
Need to travel? Walk across the border and get a ride on the other side.

FYI Canada doesn't have a military. They are 'protected' by virtue of the fact that the US does.
They export 78% to the US. The US relies only on 2% of Canada exports.
They tariff the holy hell out of US imports.
Screw them.
