This has it absolutely (stupidly) ass-backwards. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
The doctors are leaving/have left. The room-temp IQ meme author is most ricky-tick getting his stupid wish.
The "replacements" are unskilled, new graduates that had to acquiesce to WOKE bullshit in order to get into medical school. DYODD as to the woke crap new doctors must ascribe to.
Put the evildoers in suits. Put them in government settings. TRY to get it right for the first friggin' time.
For starters: The replacement rate is 1 new (unskilled) doctor to replace 4 (skilled and dedicated) doctors that just had to leave the world of crap that short-sighted assholes have gleefully created.
