The dollar is a joke. The government is a joke.
 
Most small stores won't cash a 50 or a 100 dollar bill, but with the loss of value of American money we will need the 1,000 and 5,000 soon.
 
Need $500 & $1000 notes too.
One step at a time.

Gotta say I'm not really a fan of this, but if it is successful perhaps some future POTUS will feel the need to out do Trump by putting his mug on the $500.
.......and the next, the $1000.

So with a bit of good fortune this might eventually lead to getting big notes back into circulation. Because if this goes through, I've no doubt the notes will be in demand and will get used. Ie: it'll help increase the use of cash.
....and if they get used, more people might start seeing the utility in being able to use such large notes. Which might lead to demand for even larger notes.

With inflation as it's been over the decades since the large notes were removed from circulation, a case could be made to bring back the $10,000 and $100,000 notes too.
