I'm trying to remember the name of the researcher who's gone down to Texas school districts, exploring the depths of School District fraud and theft from the operating funds. Was it that real-estate woman, Melody something...the forty-something blonde with the cheerleader voice? Or Catherine Austin Fitts, or Elizabeth Nickson, who's a Canadian with deep American roots.

One of those three. I think Fitts - she was asserting a total collapse, both in school district independence and housing prices, due to the cancerous growth of corruption, and the unaffordable tax liability.

Surely there is a balance to be had. Individuals (ie. people, not corporations) could have an absolute 1 acre exemption for example and property taxes would only apply to real estate in excess of the limit. Something like that (details TBD).
How about every jurisdiction just tax the people who live within it, directly? They could even include an itemized bill showing to the penny exactly what the money will be spent on.

That is RealEstateMindset and his guest on there all the time by the name of Mitch Vexler. Sadly his supreme court case was rejected.
