What I should be eating, instead of the Bacon Cheese Burger with fries and a slice of pie...it was good though.

Think of it in relative terms. Your meal compares pretty well to a bowl of chili poured into a bag of corn chips.

Sure, why not :)
Maybe some garlic, some green herbs, dried onion and/or dried peppers to soak up the juices?
