Foreclosure filings reached nearly 228,000 from January to June, up 21% from a year ago and 28% from two years ago, according to data released Thursday from real estate data company ATTOM.
...
The states with the biggest jumps in foreclosure activity in the first half of the year were:
- Idaho, where filings increased 59% compared to the same period in 2025
- Colorado, where filings increased 57%
- Georgia, where filings were up 52%.
When it comes to the highest overall foreclosure rates, Florida dominates. In June alone, one in every 2,106 housing units in the state had a foreclosure filing.

Then very few will be sold.WRONG answer. Your NEXT home will not be bought with debt ie a 0% rate. They will be Bought with MONEY... REAL MONEY.
Without government...there's no home sales. Because there's no order....including rights of property owners. What government? They will be gone.
Yes, that will cause prices of homes to change SIGNIFICANTLY but that's what I see happening. There won't be loans because there won't be lenders. At least for a decent period of time.

Houses empty, for even a few hours, get filled with squatters. And then the returning former "owners" or other would-be squatters, or just psychopaths, set fire to the house.
That's what anarchy IS. You can see it in Somalia; in other parts of Africa; we saw it with the Moose Slime takeover of (then Christian) Lebanon in 1975. The new Holiday Inn in Beirut wasn't nationalized; and it wasn't given over in stock ownership to the People.
It was burned down. For all I know the shell may STILL be standing - it was a sniper vantage point for years, the blackened concrete shell.
My own guess is, once this government falls, another will pop up. WITH the support of koledge Woketards. A SOCIALIST kommissariat. They'll make a big deal of how they're discarding that ray-cyst Constitution; and then the bodies will start piling up.
Such a world does not encourage 30-year mortgages. It encourages the use of the last gold coins, to get onto a midnight departure at the docks. Where to...that's the question. For many, just a few miles out, to where the crew will dump them with weights.
(now listening to: Chris de Burgh's "Don't Pay the Ferryman")

No you don't. But not having one makes it easier for other governments to take it from you.You don't need a government to have ownership, that's silly communist indoctrination type thought. Think about it.
