Republican Warns Real ID Is Being Used to 'Control' Americans

Representative Thomas Massie, a Kentucky Republican, warned that the REAL ID may be implemented in an attempt to "control" Americans and has urged President Donald Trump not to enforce it.

Newsweek reached out to Massie's office via email Monday afternoon for comment.

Why It Matters

Due to a law passed by Congress in 2005 that has been repeatedly extended for two decades, anyone traveling on domestic flights must have the new REAL ID to get through routine security protocols and board a plane. REAL ID also allows access to some federal buildings and nuclear facilities. The deadline of May 7, 2025, now appears set and is unlikely to be extended again, with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) extending hours to help Americans obtain them.

Thoughts & words............
- cashless society
- cbdc's
- not able to buy or sell without the mark
- keep an eye on you, where you are, what you buy, etc (somebody's watching you)
- so easy to label you a criminal, terrorist, malcontent, etc with the click of a mouse
- can't wait for congress to chime in (rules for thee, not for me)
- Thomas Massie wants T to cancel Real Id - T despises Massie - think not gonna happen

Anytime they want to use the word License, you should run the fuck away.
The Elites are just control freaks with a God Complex.

It's to where I cannot WAIT for the crash. Even knowing it will probably kill me...so much of what I took for granted thirty years ago, is now just gone.

I ain't getting my Papers-Please. I just won't fly.

After my old car is no longer legally repairable or usable (for Carbon Emissions, citizen!) I won't drive, either.

Frankly, as the nation gets enshittified, there's few places I want to go. Arizona is now home to crooked pols and crooked cops. And bands of aliens wandering across. Colorado is now California on drugs. It especially bothers me, because I knew Colorado in the 1980s.

My two home states, Ohio and NY, are both in transition, chaos and corruption. And the Deep State is waging war on Ohio. No point in doing that in the Vampire State - all the refusniks have left.

So...I expect, as this Fourth Turning wraps up, our world will become closer - and the greater world much bigger and less accessible. It is just happening to me a few years sooner than others.

If Trump is really a hero, he's a deeply-flawed one.

We know how he stood on the Holy Magic Jab. I suspect he now knows better, but his ego prevents a public reversal. And that is a problem - we need a shift in policies to deal with the harm that poison has caused.

THEN...he just LUUUVS mandated-low-interest rates. Back six years ago, he advocated Negative Interest.

He's thinking like a borrower, a developer. UNABLE to see the opposite side of the equation - would be savers, for retirement or other, who are destroyed by being unable to grow saved capital.

Now, this. He thinks the way to solve a problem - that of illegals overrunning the nation and of wholesale election fraud - is with a National ID, such as Real ID.

Nope. First, it's no solution. Real ID wouldn't have stopped the Bidenistas from flying in 50 million undocumented invaders. That is a problem of ACTIVE LAW VIOLATION.

It won't stop it in the future, either, for the same reason.

What it WILL do, is give control of identity of voters, travelers...people...to the Deep State. Identity leads to specific controls - based on Social Credit, or whatever name our Elites give it.

Just as Amendment 17 had far-reaching long-term effects for the nation, this, too, with further erode any local or state political autonomy, and put control into fewer and fewer (and more-corrupt) hands.

There are legal ways out. You can opt out of the Corporate Legal system. I am definitely going to look more into this option and get ahold of the doctor that has been speaking out more lately. She said that her Passport if they look it up now says she has Limited Diplomat privilege's, simply because she revoked her all Caps corporate name or something similar. Plus she was able to get the actual Land Title to her property.

Case law (and police body-cam videos) are full of laughable cases of "sovereign citizens" asserting their "rights."

There are no magic words and no magic papers. They are going to be ignored, and probably anyone proffering them will be booked in county jail as a John Doe. Making it harder to bail out.

To resolve this, would require first a review by the SCOTUS kangaroos, and, before that, removal of the john, Roberts, and that Benedictine Arnold b!tch, Comey-Barrett.

There are though, and it is not without dangers, that is for sure. You have to really know what you are doing.

What's the harm in trying? If nothing else you are clogging up their POS system. Kind of like Clif and using AI to file legal cases up the wa-zoo.

From my point of view I'm going to try and get the Land Title to my property. That seems like a very Powerful, and not real fraught with "danger". Plus I know quite a bit about the Real Estate industry and how it works. Seems like the best way to start for myself.

I mean lets start with the common knowledge. Ever Realtors acknowledge what Title should mean (actual ownership) but look at the misdirection here.

"Title, however, is the legal way of saying you have property ownership. The title (or property title) is not a document, but a concept that says you have the rights to use that property."

So you mean to tell me that this valuable thing called ownership is just a "concept". Fuck you, there has to be a real Document for their to be a real Title.

Also, since when have you known a Government to pass up the opportunity for MOAR Paper Documents? It's what they live for.

Don't have it, not gonna get it. Screw em. They also claimed that you HAD to have ID to fly which was a lie. Numerous people flew without, they won't make it fun but they can't stop you.

Kristi Noem says travelers with no REAL ID can fly for now, but with likely extra steps

The head of Homeland Security says travelers who aren’t REAL ID compliant by the upcoming deadline this week will still be able to fly but should be prepared for extra scrutiny. Read more: https://bit.ly/4iRtiML

Well, its been tried for 20 years, we always knew it was never about security. Brining in a stupid utility bill isn't going to make flying any safer.

Real ID Is Not About Keeping You Safe
It's about training for Compliance; and it's about limiting access to air travel.

The Transition into 15-Minute Prisons Cities.

It seems they're winning. With the millions of brain-damaged Jab victims on the road, committing Public Stupidity, auto-travel is getting dangerous. And costly - not just for gasoline. A CAR is a durable good with a limited (if long) lifespan. The autos on the market now, are three-times as expensive as cars of 20 years ago, and don't even last through their payment schedule. Computer-chips and complex low-voltage wiring abounds; and diagnosing many problems proves impossible.

So, for many of us, when our cars wear out, it's Uber time. Or bicycle time.

So...the dirtbags are winning. The world just got a whole-lot bigger.

While this article is mainly about immigrants I don't believe it'll end with them. In fact, this may just be the beginning. YMMV so take it fwiw and dyodd.

Papers please: Trump employs proof of identity tactic to monitor Americans

The Trump administration has instated all sorts of requirements to monitor Americans, particularly immigrants in its first months.

The big picture: From an undocumented immigrant registry to proof-of-citizenship for voting, President Trump has attempted to create a landscape in which the government can demand to know — and force people to prove — their identity in radical new ways.

Between the lines: The data the administration is pushing for can be weaponized against people.

No. State power seldom stops where the subjects are told it will. We have Homeboy See Curity to prove that.

The problem we face now, is we have a "soft tyranny" in place - that, as the J6 frame-up victims can attest, is becoming harder and harder. With the Elites' full, unquestioning blessing. With the media clowns as active, eager (and paid-off) stooges and shills.

You can't win a bar-fight with pacifism. You can only win an extended hospital stay.

You can't defeat tyranny with a sit-down strike, or with a candidate who pledges to abide by the law. Those tactics are a surefire way to keep the tyranny in place.

I don't know what Trump is up to; but at this point, we're gonna have to get our heads around how defeating Globalist Marxism is more important than any high-minded commitment to abstract rights.

And yes, that includes any claimed rights of invading alien-puppets, or rights of domestic traitors and treasonous political factions.

And yes, it may mean many of our rights will be upended for a long, long time. But when were Chileans better off? Under Augusto Pinochet, or under Salvador Allende, prior to?
