Cripes.

I bought a couple of Glocks, from a FF dealer, in the tail end of the Brandon misAdministration.

Now I got something else to worry about.

I'm not on his side, but it's a poor comparison.

Driving is a privilege, not a right. States extend the courtesy to other states, partly because the FedGov holds Federal highway funds hostage for those states that do not.

Fun fact: For a few years my father was an industrial chemical salesman for what's now Exxon. He was a resident of New Jersey at the time; but most of his business customers were out-of-state.

New York hadn't completely de-industrialized at that point, the mid-1950s. So, to stay compliant and avoid small-towns intercepting his car and issuing a driving-without-a-license summons...he obtained a "New York Only" non-resident driver's license. He wouldn't have been bothered in the NYC area, where his office was, but going upstate to Rochester and Buffalo could have resulted in problems.

So. States have incentive to extend the courtesy between states. States similarly, get DIScouragement to making their firearms laws Constitutionally-compliant. It goes without saying, Washington just HATES! that.

Firearms possession and ownership are Constitutionally-protected, but as has been shown - that protection only is as deep as the shallow Statist minds of the Stuporeme kangaroos.

In 34 years of civilian Policing Ive never once had a case where a citizen carrying with a CCW permit used their firearm illegally. Ive always been a life member of the NRA and supported the right to keep and bear arms.

I'd bet 95% of the violent crime Ive dealt with has been black and spanish felons and gangsters either shooting each other or victimizing honest citizens. And this is Chicago where Ive had some experience I'd say.

How Drinking and Driving Will Get You Disarmed

Dec 5, 2025
Tis the Season, but it's also the season for impaired driving and the arrests that come with it. Many may not realize this, but drunk driving offenses can get you disarmed. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, talks about one such legislative scheme and the horrible impacts that its had on drivers in the State of Washington. Many are finding out the hard way that they have been disarmed, despite never being told they were going to be disarmed and NEVER being even charged with a felony. Listen, there is one sure fire way to avoid a DUI and that's to not drink and drive. But for today, let's get you further educated so that you can be armed with education.

In my state, you cannot have any alcohol on your breath while carrying a concealed weapon. Since I am always armed when I am out and about, this means that I don't drink and drive. Ever. Not even one. Not even a beer with the guys after a round of golf - I will drink a soda to be sociable.

Rand Paul has not proven himself the zealot for liberty that his father was.

I'd compare the relationship between the two...to that of Billy Graham and his son, Franklin Graham.

Now whatever your faith or preference, there's no questioning that Billy Graham was honest and sincere. He walked the walk.

Son Franklin walked into this...saw the easy money, and out of that, he's decided to minister near his land-holding in Alaska, complete with airstrip and infrastructure, and private plane.

And his NGO charity, Samaritan's Purse, not only was involved in moving illegal invaders in...but often has WASTED money on photo ops. Like in the Hawaii flash-fire blaze...Graham chartered a plane to bring in supplies from his home region. WHEN HE COULD HAVE JUST BOUGHT THEM ON THE ISLAND. They needed MONEY, and LOCAL TRUCKS - not water in bottles from Tennessee, and certainly not a phalanx of photographers.

Rand Paul has NOT drawn lines in the sand, the way Massie has done. And it is time to be doing exactly that.

Justice Department announces sweeping changes to gun regulations

The Justice Department has initiated a significant overhaul of gun regulations, moving to roll back and modify several policies in a dramatic shift championed by Second Amendment advocates within President Donald Trump's political base.

This dramatic shift in firearm policy has drawn sharp criticism from gun control activists, who condemned the actions as dangerous and irresponsible. Their outcry comes just days after authorities reported an individual, armed with guns and knives, allegedly attempted to storm the White House Correspondents’ Association dinner with intentions to harm the Republican president.

And that may be some sort of perverse reverse strategy. A ruling so outrageous it'll energize the Marxists and whackjobs, to where they WILL go and pack the Stuporeme bench.

I don't know anyone who's clamoring for a machine gun. Taking Original Intent, it probably is unconstitutional, but there are SO many pressing problems ahead of it. Why aren't they addressing the FAR-MOAR unconstitutional "permitting" of handgun owners? Or the lawfare being used to put Glock out of business?

That's what I want. Elites who despise us, telling us what our rights - GIVEN BY THE CREATOR - are.

It's time for them to exercise their Right to Remain Silent. It's time for us to go "right" to the hardware store, where they keep the stout rope.

Philadelphia police under federal investigation over gun permit revocation policy

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — The Trump administration opened an investigation Tuesday into the Philadelphia Police Department over its policy for revoking gun permits.

The Department of Justice sent a letter to Mayor Cherelle Parker saying the recently formed Second Amendment section of its Civil Rights Division is investigating whether the police department has violated some residents’ gun rights through an overly vague standard for revoking permits to carry firearms.

Supreme Court limits power of federal government to disarm drug users

The Supreme Court Thursday curbed the power of the federal government to disarm a frequent marijuana user, limiting the scope of a law enacted during the 1960s to keep weapons out of the hands of Americans who regularly use drugs.

In an unanimous opinion written by Justice Neil Gorsuch, the court ruled that the government’s prosecution of a man who used pot was inconsistent with the Second Amendment.

Meantime, the Soros prosecutors keep on SPRINGING drug offenders...firearms offenders...violent-crime perps...

This is Cloward-Piven transmuted into the courts. Create enough chaos that society falls, and the people clamor for order, any order.

Including the order imposed with tyranny.

I don't wanna bust your chops - thanks for digging that out; but 39 pages of legalese doesn't do it while my morning coffee is still kicking in.

But, I don't think we're gonna get the real reason from Court Opinions. Truth is the first casualty in war, and we're in a cultural civil war. The Elites, who wanna be the Titled Blood Aristocracy, versus the citizens, whom they want to make into peons, into chattel.

I'll keep that pdf on a back page, and try and sample it in small doses.
