No president in my life time has talked like this. No president. Something is seriously wrong here. Not funny, not normal. What is he afraid of?!?!?!

Time gonna tell.

Interesting times.

RE: Seditious Democrats in Congress

OK, let me break this issue down for you because Democrats are engaged in their usual evil chicanery and obfuscation and some people are falling for it.

Those Congresscritters and their lackey apologists are all saying:

“But we’re simply telling the military to not follow unlawful orders. What’s wrong with that?”

NO.

What they are REALLY doing is telling US service members to treat LAWFUL orders as being “unlawful.”

Which means they are telling service members to not follow lawful orders.

Which means they are telling service members to disobey the lawful orders of their Commander-in-Chief.

Which means they are telling service members to break their oath to the Constitution and their oath of enlistment.

Which means they are telling service members to engage in a sort of military coup.

Which means those evil Democrat filth in Congress are engaged in sedition.

How do I know all this? Because President Trump has never once issued an unlawful order to our military.

Sedition.

Explained.

No president has been more vilified in US history.

What is seriously wrong is politicians don't want to lose power EVER.

USAid was proof of the corruption. Everything they do is corrupt.

All one need do is reverse every policy created.

The Affordable Care Act is actually unaffordable.

The Patriot Act isn't 'patriotic' ...

Inflation Reduction Act... didn't

Clear Skies Act... doesn't

Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) doesn't

Trump is absolutely correct.

If the TDS idiots think he has given illegal orders, they need to point out exactly which orders are illegal. Until they do that, they need to sit down and stfu already.

Precisely.

I wonder what they are afraid of to publicly and openly call for sedition?

In all my life, I have never heard Congressmen speak like this. Ever.

Congress forgot we are all Americans except for the ones they let invade this country under #46.

Is it illegal to refuse illegal orders in the US military?

No, it is not illegal to refuse illegal orders in the U.S. military — in fact, it is required under both U.S. military law and international law. Key points from established U.S. military law and policy:
  1. Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ)
    • Article 90 makes it a crime to willfully disobey a lawful command from a superior officer.
    • The keyword is lawful. An order that is clearly illegal (e.g., ordering someone to commit a war crime, murder a civilian, torture a prisoner, etc.) is not a lawful order.
  2. Article 92 – Failure to Obey Order or Regulation
    • Same principle: You can only be punished for disobeying lawful general orders or regulations.
  3. Manual for Courts-Martial (MCM)
    • Explicitly states that an order requiring the commission of a crime (other than minor violations in very narrow circumstances) is unlawful, and subordinates have a duty to disobey it.
  4. Department of Defense Law of War Manual (current version as of 2025)
    • “Military personnel have an obligation to disobey manifestly unlawful orders, including orders to commit war crimes.”
  5. Historical precedent
    • The “superior orders” defense was explicitly rejected by U.S. military tribunals after World War II (e.g., Nuremberg principles incorporated into U.S. law).
    • The My Lai massacre trials (Vietnam War) and Abu Ghraib cases further reinforced that following an illegal order is not a defense — and failing to disobey one can lead to prosecution.
  6. Practical application
    • If an order is obviously illegal (a “manifestly unlawful” order), a service member is legally and morally obligated to refuse it.
    • If the order’s legality is unclear, the default is usually to obey and challenge it later through the chain of command or Inspector General channels. Blind refusal of ambiguous orders can still get you in trouble.
In short:
Refusing a clearly illegal order is not only legal — it is your duty. Obeying an illegal order can result in prosecution under the UCMJ, federal law, or even the law of armed conflict. The U.S. military trains this principle extensively (it’s part of annual Law of War training and is drilled into every recruit and officer).

Exactly how much of this type of shit are democrats supposed to be able to get away with before somebody calls them out on it?

When elected officials are allowed to make incendiary remarks to incite violence within their base, we have a problem. We saw it when they stirred up their brownshirts to burn sections of cities during the "Summer of Love".

Frankly, I wonder if this is going to be the new normal any time a Republican President is elected. Democrats have become like spoiled children threatening to burn the house down if there are Brussel sprouts for dinner. They are unhinged.

This last stunt, in my opinion, has crossed the line. Elected officials should be held to a higher standard and publicly calling for the military to ignore orders from the Commander in Chief is sedition. If any of them are retired military, order them back to active duty and court martial them. After all, retired military remains subject to the UCMJ.

They have to be scared shitless about what is coming to be acting this unhinged. Looking for a bunch of them to resign in disgrace in the near future.

Literally everyone already knows that.

The question is, which orders do the crazy dems think are illegal?

Something is causing them to suddenly believe illegal orders are being given.

Obviously the "illegal orders" are about blowing up innocent South American fishermen on their way to Europe.
My question is; why are the dems so interested in cocaine smugglers?

That's part of the way the See Eye Ayyy gets their funding for unaccountable projects.

It should be obvious, this mess is not gonna be solved with mere re-enforcement of laws, of Executive Orders or actions, or even National Guard deployments.

The Demoloons ARE engaging in open Sedition and Treason. It's time for the ARMY to arrest, quickly try AND HANG a few examples. High-up examples. It would just warm my heart to see Cankles doing the Fandango on a rope.

And since we're no longer shy about blowing UP people suspected of violating US laws, on the high seas or in other jurisdictions...why the F don't we go in and arrest Soros and Soros-the-Retard, in the Caymans? And Schwab and Fink, while they party in Davos.

...arrest, hell. Blow them up where they sit. Or where they lie in Swiss hotels with trafficked little girls.

I agree completely. The democrats are behaving like spoiled children because they aren't getting their way and they are becoming more and more unhinged in their childish temper tantrums. The corrupt media who they have in their back pocket contribute to this behavior by ignoring or excusing it. This behavior, if allowed to continue, will only get worse. It is well past time for the belt to come out and for some of these retarded cretins to learn that there are consequences for their actions.

HE does not determine what is an "illegal order."

It's easy to determine what is an "illegal order." One that exceeds the authority of the military branch or the CinC. One that orders men to violate human rights or commit atrocities. One that is contrary to codified laws of the United States.

Arresting illegal invaders is not illegal and ordering troops to so do, is not an Illegal Order.

Maintaining law and order in the streets, is not an illegal order. This has been done dozens of times in the past - everything from the Alabama National Guard's nationalization regarding school integration, to a Teamsters truckers' strike in Cleveland.

Deploying Federal troops where there is a failure or deliberate dereliction-of-duty of local authorities, is also not illegal. In THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, Federal forces are the ONLY lawful, Constitutionally-sanctioned forces. The DC Police - THEY are the Unconstitutional, illegal forces.

Questions and conflicts regarding this, are to be resolved in courts. Not in some black agitator's dim, dank braincase.
