The county is in a jam. $4000 of un-used gift cards have been found in a safe.
Why?
Well now the state is going to make this illegal. The person sentenced to community service were told to purchase x amount of gift cards. Said cards would then go to agencies to help the area poor.
What could go wrong?
It is unclear if the cards made it to any area agencies.
People are hopping mad tho- community service- should not be bought.
