U spelt it wrong, it's spelt :- RetardationIt appears to me that BOTH London and New York are just running paper trading games. So that's why I don't really like to call that Backwardation and I don't think it really represents any physical movements.

It's amazing how close the Indian prices have been to the Chinese markets... So does that mean that Indian is really driving the physical buying right now? Or just that the two markets are closest to real physical markets.

What a week. Markets have been very volatile of late with all-time highs achieved on precious metals during the week. Although pricing has come down a little from those highs, the general feeling is there is upside potential and we as a retailer are seeing this. I will share a few data points for reference, but needless to say, silver demand increases have far surpassed gold over the last 6 weeks leading to historical volume increases.
