Any idea what the cost will be over spot?

I have read there will be 1,000,000 minted, although direct information elusive.
Cost over spot will be less with a mil minted, I hope.
MCM Modern Coin Mart is dealer, and a scum hole, sadly.
Liberty Coin is a dealer as well, no personal experience.
Monday is the day, although I'd wait for lows of tuesday between 8am and noon before purchasing volume.
