Quality ‘Learing’ Center has been investigated 13 different times since May 2022.

+50 different violations reported by the Department of Human Services in Minnesota.

That means state officials physically saw the condition and status of the center and proceeded to allow the fraud to continue.
 


🇺🇸🇸🇴 SOMALI FRAUD IN MINNESOTA HAS BEEN AN OPEN SECRET FOR YEARS

Back in 2018, Fox 9 found people walking through the Minneapolis airport with suitcases full of cash.

Not a few thousand. Try $1 million in one bag.

And they did it legally... just filled out a form and hopped on a flight to Dubai.

The money? It came from fake daycare scams.

Some of these folks were on welfare, billing the state for kids who never showed up, then sending the money overseas.

One woman even billed for childcare while staying in $800-a-night hotels in Kenya.

Federal agents linked some of the cash to areas controlled by al Shabaab, a terrorist group in Somalia.

Whistleblowers tried to sound the alarm, but nothing changed.

By 2016, over $84 million had flown out in carry-ons. Minnesota officials knew. Washington knew.

And now in 2025, the fraud is worse. Way worse!

The allegations circulated on social media this week following a video posted to X by independent journalist Nick Shirley, which accused Minnesota authorities of allowing the 'largest fraud in US history' to go unchecked.
