LOL! I still stand by my contention that platinum group metals are for optimists! The above graphic nicely shows different end-uses for the two metals, so a wider diversification in PMs can certainly include Pd as well.

But, rather than the ETFs above, I would stick to the physical metals. Tulving has palladium available, platinum too (I think...).
