You now have an "Army" wherein a female (black) "officer" can get up in the middle of a large assembly and deliver a hate-filled epithet-rich diatribe against her superior officers.
Without beingshot (WWII era) or busted and imprisoned or Bad Conduct Discharged (up to turn of century).

My Russian is decades old and I did not follow the words of the recruitment video, but I got the idea. And I got the idea of the other video. The first seemed to be "serve your country", the second was... what? It seems I understood the Russian better than the English.
