Did Texas Man Smash Taylor Swift Signed Guitar In Protest? Fact-Checking Claims

Gary Estes, the Texas man who bought a Taylor Swift signed guitar for $4000 only to smash it later, on Wednesday confirmed that the autograph on the instrument was not actually the pop-star's. During a TMZ interview, he said that the signature was just attached to the guitar.

After several media outlets reported that the guitar had Swift's initials, it was clarified that the charity organization that auctioned the instrument said that it was originally signed by the Grammy winner. They further provided an authenticity certificate to Gary.

Gary further clarified his actions by saying that it was just a creative move and the public need not to be serious about it. Alongside, he put the guitar he bought from the auction for sale on an online shopping website and stated that money earned would straight away go into charity .

Actually, those guitars go pretty cheap on E-bay....but, hey, it was a charity event...

Taylor Swift Buys Back The Rights To Her First 6 Albums

After years of a very public fight to reclaim her first six albums, Taylor Swift announced Friday that she was finally able to buy them back.

“All of the music I’ve ever made ... now belongs ... to me,” she wrote on her website. “And all my music videos. All the concert films. The album art and photography. The unreleased songs. The memories. The magic. The madness. Every single era.”

Yeah. Put some of that USAID money to work, now that it's been cut off indefinitely.

Now that her name, in the music world, is Mudd, not Swift.

She's an avatar of manipulated culture...GOVERNMENT-manipulated culture.

Considering how much entertainment pays in taxes, it was her money in the first place.

I get the idea; but the math isn't there. Nobody GROWS rich by not paying taxes. Tax cuts/refunds/devious-rebates, might turn your gross into your net, but you don't go from mediocre to megastar with tax cuts.

T-Swift Smashed Joe Rogan’s Trump Podcast Ratings in First Hour of New Heights

Taylor Swift’s podcast interview with boyfriend Jason Kelce crashed the internet as figures soared past Donald’s Trump’s highly rated appearance with Joe Rogan last year.

On Wednesday, 1.3 million were watching live during the first hour of the New Heights podcast on YouTube in figures seen by the Daily Beast and confirmed by Swift’s representatives.

That almost doubled the 800,000 people watching Trump’s appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience in its first hour last October, CNN reported Wednesday night, citing CNN data analyst Harry Enten.

CNN host Kate Bolduan said the podcast is “already on track to become one of the most watched podcasts of all time."

Kind of like watching the Beatles or Elvis the Pelvis back in the day, I don't understand the attraction but the neices love her.

Let's compare that with the Youtube channel Project Farm, where Todd reviews various things.

"Penetrating Oil Showdown": 20M views.
Seafoam and my engine: 14M views.
Fake Makita driver versus real: 8.4M views.
2 stroke bicycle engine: 7.9M views.
Best knife sharpener: 7.4M views.
Best drywall anchor: 6.6M views.

And Todd doesn't sing about his bad choices in tools.

Bots logging on, to boost the records.

Remember, while they cut off the Magic Money Machines, the infrastructure is still in place. Michael Yon talks of "migrant assistance" agencies still open in Central America. Trump's cut-off of funding is seen as a temporary thing and probably it is.

And so they need to keep the Narrative going about this aging low-wattage bimbo. Why? I don't know. Maybe because bad art will drown out real art. Maybe to destroy everything. Maybe they're SUCH control-freaks, they cannot allow an entertainer to rise without their artificially allowing it.

I have zero interest in this simple bimbo and her six pounds of makeup on the face. She's old enough that she could reasonably be seen with me - and I'm old as dirt. Menopausal MILF-aged midwits who cannot accept their own aging, don't interest most men. Or serve as role-models to most women.

Looking again at my favorites, I see that EEVblog's Dave Jones got twice as many (2.8M) views for his tutorial on op-amps:

Trump Sucks Up To Taylor Swift Because He Desperately Wants Her To Like Him

Aug 27, 2025
Donald Trump seems to be completely obsessed with Taylor Swift and would do anything to get her to like him. Unfortunately, the only thing he hasn’t tried is to not act like a completely horrible human being for a day. But he decided to congratulate Swift on her engagement to Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce this week, saying that she is a terrific person. That’s a stark contrast to his most recent statements about Swift where he attacked her and said that she was no longer popular because of his attacks. Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins discusses Trump’s creepy obsession.

The Nooze Liars at work.

Here's a different perspective:

Remember President No-Cognition’s idea of “press availability”? A fifteen-minute buffet of stage-managed note cards before calling a lid and promising “we’ll circle back.” Contrast that with President Trump yesterday: a three-hour open Cabinet meeting —the seventh one— in a live broadcast, capped off by an extended Q&A wherein reporters tried every trick in the book to wring a gaffe while Trump answered patiently. In the long, deplorable annals of deranged dissatisfaction, the New York Times must deserve the prize for hardest to please. Here’s how the Times framed it: “Trump Plays Reality Television Host at Marathon Cabinet Meeting.

It was too long! That was just the beginning of the Grey Lady’s finicky fault-finding. Here are a few other complaints, and I am not making them up:

  • The President failed to adequately address the day’s most important news— Taylor Swift’s engagement (“Mr. Trump had relatively little to say about what was arguably the biggest news of the day”).
  • The Cabinet members complimented the President too often (“each working a little bit harder than the last to offer Mr. Trump praise”).
  • It was a waste of money (“it would be considered a wildly inefficient meeting at just about any other workplace”).
Cue massive eye rolling. The Times spent the whole article sanctimoniously sneering at Trump for staging a “reality TV show”, but then admitted, almost wistfully: “but for an afternoon, the Trump White House really was as radically transparent as Mr. Trump likes to say it is.”
