The Massive Cyberattack You Never Heard About​

The US Department of Health and Human Services experienced what appeared to be an unprecedented electronic attack just as Covid-19 began wreaking havoc worldwide. Now, the department's former Chief Information Officer is stepping forward to reveal previously unknown details about the size, scope and aims of what he called a nation-state level assault.

 
Great target acquisition there state level attacker. I have a thought or two on whom that could have been.
 
They've been predicting a cyber attack (to disrupt the 2024 election?) for the last few years.

Some say the electric grid attack was a test run, as well as the meat packing attack...

A certain letter of the alphabet talked about it several years ago...


Their advesary in the video sounds like a military operation... they're saying Russia, or China, but don't think the CIA, or FBI would be involved?
