I saw an article the other day by Michael "Mickey" Fulp, otherwise known as "The Mercenary Geologist". He has specialized in FINDING mines and working to see what small miners are worth investing in. I have only recently, very recently, started to follow him.
I asked Support at their website if I could put the article at my blog. After a small & easy application, I am now a syndicator of his stuff, so I will likely be putting his articles up from time-to-time.
The article I read nicely finishes a sort of series I have written at my blog re metals (gold, platinum group metals and rare earth metals). Mickey Fulp's article covers all the rest of them (iron, copper, aluminum, titanium and many others):
