The difference is astounding. It almost makes him look normal in 2020, but exhibited signs of cognitive decline.

Only diehard TDSers thought anything else. Everyone else was in fact watching it as show, as they all knew Joe woulda either be hopped up like he was for the SOTU speech or he would flop. Either way, it woulda been a farsical show to remember.
