It'll be another excuse for firearms restrictions. Never let a crisis go to waste, as someone said, sometime ago.

And Trump is not controlling things, not at this point. He's a lifelong Dumbo anyway, and most of his insiders are either former Dumbos (still are, it seems) or lifelong RINO "neo-cons" (I hate that term but don't have a better one handy). THEY are after preserving THEIR positions of power.

Which means Trump the vegetable has to survive. It also means they have to whip up the panic. The Perpetual Emergency, that can only be solved with knee-jerk GOVERNMENT ACTION!

You know, like those wise, well-organized Lockdowns. Worked spectacularly, no?

Who is Cole Allen? Suspect identified as correspondents' dinner shooter​

The alleged shooter at the White House Correspondents’ Association (WHCA) dinner on Saturday night has been identified as Cole Tomas Allen, a 31-year-old teacher from California, The Associated Press reported, citing two law enforcement officials.

President Donald Trump at a press conference held shortly after the incident described Allen as a “lone wolf” and a “whack job.” He said Allen was armed with “multiple weapons” when he tried to enter the dinner, but was stopped outside the Washington Hilton’s ballroom by law enforcement.

Note: No clue on way or another. Posting as some food for thought, nothing more. Now if this guy is way off base..........it's nothing new. Everyone with an opinion will be coming out of the woodwork along with their dog.

In every instance the guns are blamed not the democrats the fan the flames of hatred towards republicans.

Democrats have yet to call for the end of rhetoric that incites violence.

I think anybody that wants the president of the US to be assassinated is scum.

Trump gets shot in the ear, narrowly escaping death, a man in the audience is killed by another bullet shot by Thomas Crooks.
And you think Trump the "clown", or his people orchestrated this incident?

I don't think there was any loyalty, ever.

Trump is a loose cannon. They found a way to co-opt him, but that doesn't mean he's the preferred puppet. AND it removes suspicion that he is/was controlled, if he gets whacked.

I don't think the ones pulling the marionette strings are the ones doing the whacking. The savvy players know @$$@$$ination is generally counterproductive; it creates heroes and myths they don't control. So they'll let the Dumbo and Anarchist loons have their pot-shots...it'll help, later, when they find it convenient to tighten up firearms prohibitions.

But Trump getting snuffed, does solve problems. I think, with what I've read and what we've learned of Vance's mentor(s), he won't be a puppet but an eager co-conspirator. They'd rather like that, I think.

Joe Rogan stood firm on Trump assassination conspiracy theory before WHCD shooting​

Gunfire broke out outside the White House Correspondents' Dinner on Saturday, prompting Secret Service agents to evacuate President Donald Trump and other attendees from the Washington Hilton ballroom.

The suspect, identified as 31 year old California resident Cole Allen, engaged in a shootout with law enforcement while moving toward the venue in the most recent shooting incident connected to Trump's security detail.

This came after an apparent assassination attempt on Trump during the 2024 presidential campaign, an incident that prompted podcast host and UFC analyst Joe Rogan, who had previously remarked about living "in the Matrix" following the assassination attempt on Trump, to tell his audience that "conspiracies are real" as he examined the incident more closely. This follows Dana White refusing to take cover in 'awesome' Donald Trump shooting incident.
