...go UTah! This vid should find it's way into Wikipedia, or official English dictionary, under the definition of what "form over substance" means. It is all there: correct intonation, words are coming out of her mouth, grammar structure of the sentence seems to be OK, she even makes appropriate facial expressions - only that this particular random permutation of words, does not make any sense at ALL - WTF has happened???? :rotflmbo:
What is scary, is people cheering after she finishes that epic (if stupidity can be epic?) mother of all blabbers.
I guess it all boils down to that statistical "truth":
