If they can tax unrealized cap gains can the taxpayer deduct unrealized losses?

they’ll lose a lot of revenue during bear markets

I hate the way they the billion dollar threshold to try to codify the law

can always drop the floor after people get used to it

and how would they determine market value for private companies that neither publish capitalization nor trade regularly.

this isn’t logical it’s more punish the rich rich nonsense to keep the people,divided

Actually, make us all equal.

Equal in destitution.

It's the typical Feudal class structure...from tribal warlord-kings, to the modern Communist People's Republics.

The Power Elite have the wealth. A very-small circle; and connected to the machinations of government.

The peasants/serfs/peons/citizen-comrades have Equality.
