People should be able to vote for whoever they want their rep to be.
....and age discrimination isn't the answer either.
Just need a good cognitive test.

Make all of 'em take a cognitive test, live on TV.
Or just have 'em sit down with Rogan and do a 3 hr conversation with no breaks and no edits.

When in doubt, a cognitive test. Done by an Army medical officer.
If the patient fails, he loses his right to vote.
So does the state/district lose its right to an input, if they do not recall and replace him.
In cases of dispute - when (not if) the evaluation becomes political...like, say, again, Massie...let him produce a counter opinion.
And take it to the people.

We need to get over THAT hurdle...if one region treats another region as subservient, it, the discounted district, has the right to exit, as it lost the right of equal standing.
