Here's what ino.com is showing for futures:
COPPER (NYMEX:HG)
HG.U13.ESep 2013 (E)3.24053.25553.21903.2250-0.0115-0.35%10:15
HG.V13.EOct 2013 (E)3.24203.25703.22653.2265-0.0110-0.34%10:13
HG.X13.ENov 2013 (E)3.23703.24853.22403.2320-0.0070-0.22%10:22
They are usually pretty good, but about 15-30 min late.

Since that didn't copy-paste too well, here's the link (also has gold, silver, and other metals)
http://quotes.ino.com/exchanges/category.html?c=metals

ALWAYS look at futures. It's not predictive directly - often contrarian - it's how people are betting.
There used to be a site for futures/options that looked at both sides of any trade, and calculated the "maximum pain" point - where everyone lost. Now, that was pretty decently predictive. So it's no longer a free service on the web. Funny thing, that.

I use spot oil and futures to decide on trading some oil companies I trade. Usually it amounts to a bit of a heads up - from an hour to a day - on what they're going to do. Reminds one of babies and candy on some trades.

OK. I don't trade anything, so never was very interested... only physical.

We do have a small 401k that we can't touch where I work, it's inconsequential. (to me).
