Round River analysts moved through those files… marked intelligence as Russian disinformation… buried records behind restricted access… and branded the people investigating Biden family corruption as Russian conduits…

Bill Barr… Mike Pompeo… Chuck Grassley… Ron Johnson… Lindsey Graham… Devin Nunes… Jim Jordan… journalists and government officials… anyone carrying the evidence toward public view was pulled inside the counterintelligence frame…

The FBI reportdly identified 53 sources potentially exposed to foreign intelligence… 14 had reported information against Biden… Hunter’s laptop had already been authenticated… and the U.S. attorney assigned to review the Biden-Ukraine allegations reportedly never knew Round River was operating through the same Pittsburgh office…

That is the machine… investigate anything that could damage Trump… discredit anything that could damage Biden… bury the files… smear the witnesses… target the investigators… then hide the operation behind intelligence classifications…

Crossfire manufactured the Trump narrative… Round River buried the Biden evidence… media flooded the country with both outcomes… censorship sealed the information environment… Mueller, impeachment, Arctic Frost, Mar-a-Lago and Jack Smith carried the pressure forward…

Same machine… same protected outcome… now the flow is reversing… this reaches far beyond Trump…

If federal power was used to investigate one candidate… protect the other… control what Americans were allowed to know… and disable the president they elected… then the constitutional voice of the American people was the real target…

It's been like that for a lot longer than Trump has been a thorn in their side.

A lot longer.

It's how we end up with the (mostly) shitty candidates from both parties we've typically been getting for longer than anyone reading these words have been alive.

Which is why it gets my attention when I see Trump seem invincible to it, as well as so much of it for so long.

Y'know, even if everything you've been posting about this is 100% on the money and undeniable proof of it comes out and is on all news shows and front pages of every newspaper and news website in the World, and with God as my witness I pray that it does, at least half the country won't give two shits about it.

They'll see it as acceptable because it was done to get Trump.

All because when they woke up the morning after that glorious night of the election (you were there) and saw that he had won, they were shell shocked* and immediately ate up all the Russia collusion lies as the only way to make sense of what had happened.
.........and because it was hammered into their heads for four years straight, it became truth to them.


* I've personally heard lots of Dems irl describe it that way. They were truly shocked.

And because the public sees the motte and bailey as the same claim, successfully defending the motte automatically validates the bailey, too. Attacking the radical position now looks identical to attacking the reasonable one, which makes the radical position untouchable by association”

Let me give you a real world easy to understand example of this,

Let’s take the Left’s plan to Defund the Police

- The Bailey, the radical claim: Democrats say they want to cut or abolish police departments. Reduce their funding so severely that traditional policing becomes impossible

- The Motte, the mild, defensible version: Democrats say “We just want to reallocate some money to mental health services, social workers, and community programs so the police don’t have to handle everything.”

Here’s how it works, When critics attack the radical version saying something like “You want to abolish the police and leave cities less safe”, the defenders immediately switch to the mild version “No one is saying abolish the police, we just want better resources for communities”

But in reality, they plan us to abolish the police

If you had trusted the settled science of the day, here is how it would have gone.

1890s: you dose the baby with Bayer's new cough syrup, the non-addictive alternative to morphine, marketed for children. It was heroin. They named it after the German for heroic.

2000s: you take Vioxx for your knee. It is pulled in 2004, and the FDA's own safety officer estimates tens of thousands of excess heart attacks.

Not one of those was fringe. Every one had a professional body, a literature and a man in a white coat standing behind it.

Nobody who followed that advice was stupid. They were obedient, to the most qualified people available.

Settled is a word about money. It means the questions stopped being funded, so they stopped being asked.

So which of today's instructions will your grandchildren read out in disbelief.

The oil washed in hexane and built into every cell you own. The statin that blocks the pathway making your hormones, to prevent one heart attack per hundred people. The injection where a third of the loss is muscle. The infant formula built out of vegetable oil.

All settled. None of it funded to be otherwise.

They are completely missing the natural consequence of monetary expansion -> inflation -> cost of living increasing. Young people cannot afford homes. Responsible young people don't choose to have children that they cannot afford.

I know you hate Trump, but at least he is trying to stop that from happening.

Had he lost, millions would still be poring across the border.

Dividing the Right at this point, only serves to help the the ones who want open borders to get back into power.

If only our idiot so called leaders hadn't let so many illegals and foreigners in, their wages would be higher and then they could afford that stuff.

30+ million people, most of them willing to work for less money, does nothing but to keep wages for everyone lower than they would otherwise be.

Opposite is true of housing and food.

30+ million people all need a roof and food to eat, which does nothing but drive prices higher.

We could use a purge.

Edited to add: To give an idea of the scale of the problem, just during Biden's four years we let at least 10 million into the nation but only built 1.6 million new places to live.
....add in the number of young adults trying to move into their own places, and it's just too much demand for too few resources.

Progressive International doesn’t hide their communism.

Progressive International is a communist and terrorist mess. Including having Cuba events and delegates. (Cuba is an enemy by the way.)

They also tout communist Chinas rule and without elections.

Tax refunds are small comfort when the government is drowning in debt and just about reached the event horizon. They needed to cut spending.

All they do is constantly try to find new ways to fund gov.

No one is looking for ways to reduce government revenue.
....and reducing gov revenue is the only hope I can see of ever making them reduce spending.

Giving the gov more money certainly hasn't worked.

Maybe it's just me, but I'd prefer not to take the French Revolution route to "fixing" things.

I say "fixing" because their Revolution didn't really fix anything. Just look at France today as proof of that.
 
Fun fact, the world has not had an actual revolution, we've had examples that had the outward appearance of one but were ultimately illusory as those that wielded real power were the instigators.

That "corporation" boogeyman just wears me down. A "corporation" is just a charter.

Show me a poorly-behaved corporation, and I'll show you Ivy-League Woketards RUNNING it.

The US is not a corporation - it's a sovereign entity; it doesn't need a corporate structure to protect it.

And the Constitution guarantees all debt run up by FedGov. Whether State debts are obligated to be guaranteed, is something open to Stuporeme Kourt legislation rulings.

You can say, with evidence...that the Constitution is moot; that it's dicta and no longer being applied. True enough; but when the debt is repudiated (or even steath-defaulted) it demonstrates that the government is now unlawful.

So. What ya gonna do about it, subjects? (Probably, nuffin...)

That's not how it works. There is no real debt limit. Congress will continue to raise the statuatory limit whenever needed. That "limit" is meaningless. The real tipping point is when nations lose confidence in the USA's ability to service the debt and abandon the US Treasury market. Dominos will fall from there. It appears as if this is already starting to happen BTW.
