Guilty verdict reached in first-ever antifa terrorism trial

By Mia Cathell
Nine suspected members of a Texas antifa cell were found guilty on Friday in the nation’s first-ever federal case to bring terrorism charges against alleged antifa operatives.

Though the convictions varied depending on the defendant, none will be walking free.

The jury trial, which lasted three weeks, was widely seen as a test of the Justice Department’s first courtroom attempt to treat criminal actors who organize behind an antifa ideology as a terrorist group after President Donald Trump designated antifa as a domestic terrorist threat.

Charges and verdict

The cell’s alleged ringleader, Benjamin Hanil Song, alongside jointly charged co-conspirators Zachary Jared Evetts, Savanna Sue Batten, Maricela Rueda, Elizabeth Andrea Soto, Ines Houston Soto, Daniel Rolando Sanchez-Estrada, Cameron James Arnold, and Bradford Winston Morris, were convicted on a slew of wide-ranging crimes connected to a July 2025 attack on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Alvarado, Texas.

The verdict was mixed, but the defendants were convicted on a majority of the 65 total counts.

Why Is A Black Ice Agent A Sellout?

This was probably the best post you've made so far...! Great history lesson.

Why?

"Even today, the executive branch and Congress continue to label those born in most U.S. territories as “statutory” rather than “14th Amendment” citizens, claiming the power to turn their citizenship on and off at will. Indeed, those born in American Samoa remain citizens of nowhere, labeled instead “non-citizen” U.S. nationals."

Which tells us something important about how the SCOTUS viewed citizenship in the law back then (though the writer makes it sound like a bad thing).

I'd rather be a US National than a US Citizen. Why? Because the way I understand it, it relieves you of corporate status of the government. You get a different passport that allows one to travel unimpeded. Today we are 'fooled' by education to believe we're all US Citizens. There's even a check box on the 1099 indicating such!

"The nation was deeply divided between “imperialists” like McKinley and his future Vice President Theodore Roosevelt who wanted to keep and govern these islands as colonies, and “anti-imperialists” like author Mark Twain and industrialist Andrew Carnegie who thought becoming a colonial power was incompatible with the constitutional and democratic values of the United States."

The nation was NOT deeply divided unless you consider the Bankers as being a big section of the population? They assassinated McKinley for a reason. England didn't want to lose it's colony.

I posted this elsewhere, but give this a listen at 1.5x speed. It explains better than I what really went down after 1901.

Minnesota county investigates federal agents’ removal of US citizen from his home as a possible kidnapping

Officials in Ramsey County, Minnesota, on Monday announced a criminal investigation into the arrest of ChongLy Thao, a US citizen caught in a viral photo as immigration agents walked him out of his home in freezing weather wearing little more than Crocs, shorts, and a plaid blanket.

The incident, which shocked residents in the Twin Cities area, “involves a felonious allegation of kidnapping, illegal detainment, false imprisonment,” Ramsey County Attorney John Choi said in a news conference.

“We believe there was no legitimate legal reason for the federal agents to enter that home, it was not supported by probable cause,” Choi said.

ICE agent accused of assault for pulling gun on 2 people on highway, charges say

An Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent faces assault charges for allegedly pointing a gun at two people on a Twin Cities highway during Operation Metro Surge.

Gregory Morgan Jr. of Temple Hills, Maryland, was charged in Hennepin County Thursday morning with two counts of second-degree assault in the Feb. 5 incident.

Charges say that the two victims were driving east on Highway 62 on the Interstate 35W interchange, when Morgan approached from behind in an unmarked black Ford Expedition. Charges say he was driving illegally on the right shoulder when the victim in the other car said they moved in front of him to "cut him off."

NEW: ICE confirms that the suspect arrested in Houston, TX for allegedly using a sledgehammer to bludgeon a coworker to death is a Venezuelan illegal alien who was caught and released at the border by the Biden administration in November 2023. ICE has placed a detainer request on Josue Abraham Chirino-Leonice with Harris County, TX law enforcement.

He was arrested on April 12th after police say he was found driving around in the victim's vehicle after he used a sledgehammer to beat the victim to death while they were renovating a house together.

ICE statement:

“This criminal illegal alien — who never should have been allowed into the country in the first place — is accused of savagely beating a co-worker to death with a sledgehammer and leaving him to die in a house they were renovating together. Our officers are working tirelessly to restore integrity to our nation’s immigration system to bring an end to the carnage and unnecessary suffering in this country that’s caused by criminal illegal aliens, and we won’t rest until we’ve accomplished that mission.”

TPTB are immune to facts.

And that includes Orange Man. DEPORTATION, not starting a world war, should have been his focus.

AND...since Serpenthead Carville and the other Dumbo Leading Lights have just blessed the idea of "Packing" the Stuporeme bench...Trump should have gone ahead and packed it, with Constitutionalists who would have let him enforce Immigration Law and send aliens packing.

No sale. And the consequences of this dereliction will be, as the current term is used, "existential."

Vermont police ordered ICE to stand down in tense standoff captured on bodycam

More than 100 hours of police bodycam footage have been made available following am ICE standoff between protesters and police outside a Vermont home.

Last month, a 10-hour standoff occurred outside a suburban home in South Burlington as ICE officials attempted to arrest a man who had allegedly evaded them earlier that morning and damaged several vehicles, including an ICE vehicle, by crashing into them.

Despite commands from local, state, and even federal law enforcement for ICE to stand down, they refused. This led to a confrontation, resulting in hundreds of protesters surrounding the house where the driver was hiding. Countless protesters and police officers were injured amid the chaos. It comes after Trump urged ICE agents to cover their faces after making a bizarre statement.

Justices debate rights of lawful permanent residents against backdrop of Trump’s immigration crackdown

During approximately 90 minutes of oral argument on Wednesday in Blanche v. Lau, the justices considered a challenge to how immigration officers classify lawful permanent residents who have been accused but not yet convicted of committing a crime that puts them at risk of being removed from the country.

The challenge was brought by Muk Choi Lau, a Chinese national who became a lawful permanent resident of the United States in September 2007. Just under five years later, in May 2012, Lau was arrested and charged in New Jersey for allegedly selling nearly $300,000 worth of counterfeit Coogi shorts. Shortly after, he briefly left the U.S., returning in June 2012.

The Warehouse, in Plain Sight: The U.S. Department of Homeland Security is converting some of the largest buildings in the country into shadow detention centers, where secret police will warehouse people, holding them without charge, before deporting them. The DHS warehouse is a place of flows made into a place of containment. A concealed infrastructure created by capitalists, adapted by fascists. A disappearing machine. You don’t need to know the history of warehouses to oppose their transformation into concentration camps. There are ways to slow down that machine, jam it up, break it apart, until we end it. But it is useful to know who owns the buildings for sale, who zones the land, who controls levers of power. Writing the warehouse into the atlas. (Places Journal)
