The US Navy is working to rename an aircraft carrier under construction that was set to honor a Black sailor hailed for his heroic actions during the attack on Pearl Harbor, three sources familiar with internal discussions told CNN.

During President Donald Trump’s first term, the Navy announced that the Ford-class carrier would be called the USS Doris Miller, recognizing an enlisted sailor who helped defend US forces from Japan’s attack.

It’s unclear what the Navy is seeking to change the name of the carrier to, though two of the sources said there have been internal conversation about renaming it to honor Trump. It would be an unprecedented move to name an aircraft carrier after a sitting president.

Since honoring our nations heroes is now an exercise in power-politics...how about we just quit it.

Name the ship CVN-70, or whatever.

Since they hate true heroes, and their heroes are destructive scum...it's now a time for no heroes.

Until this schitt comes to an end.

TRUMP is not fit to have a ship named after him, even after he's long dead. His tale is going to be one of corruption or pathos, I'm not sure which. Was he bought, or did his mind fail? The answer is to be revealed later.

Those behind him are not "just" neocons; they want war for the sake of war, true...but they seem to want complete inversion and chaos over what has been our traditional partnerships. Why would Trump's overlords turn their backs on the Korean democracy, in favor of that chaotic, starving, dictatorship north of it?

I heard Prof. Dave Collum, with Mike Ferris, talking about WHY it was that so many rich and powerful people went and put themselves in compromising positions in Jeffy Epstein's funhouse.

Not because they couldn't get little kids. Most of them could BUY...whole schools, whole orphanages, of little kids to boink.

It was first, the SOCIAL BONDING - go there in the company of other rich arseholes, and demonstrate that you're down with them, you're as thrillingly degenerate as they are.

And with that, and moar important, the thrill. Of letting your social equals SEE you do that sort of thing. It would explain why Trump was on the periphery of this circus - Trump, who had less need of a pedo playpen than most of the others; Trump, who had access to any class or age of women, between his beauty pageant and his tevee show.

This rich idiot just wanted some of that thrill. So he's gonna pick up a diseased, tatted-up, drug-fuzzed street hooker....for kicks.

There is no bigger con man in the United States than Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts. Not even President Donald J. Trump.

The con began in September 2005, during Roberts’s confirmation hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee. Articulate, handsome, and energetic at fifty years old, Roberts seemed to have been culled “straight from central casting,” as Republican Senator Jeff Sessions of Alabama actually remarked on the first day of the hearings. Roberts was also convincing—he famously promised that if confirmed, he would serve in the fashion of a baseball umpire, calling only “balls and strikes, and not to pitch or bat.” Seventy-eight Senators, including twenty-two Democrats, fell for the ploy and voted to give him the lifetime assignment.

The biggest yarn Roberts told during his hearing concerned his views on the Voting Rights Act of 1965 (VRA), a cornerstone of American democracy, which the Supreme Court gutted this past April in a redistricting case from the state of Louisiana (Louisiana v. Callais).

In defense of Militias. Why they, and the very idea, is now marginalized and dismissed, by the Vote HARDER! crowd.


There’s a reason why civilian militias were one of the first constitutional protections dismantled and rearranged by our government. Sadly, starting with giving the president the ability to call on state militias as a means of suppressing domestic rebellion through the 1800s, then slowly erasing militias altogether and replacing them with the modern National Guard though the Dick Act of 1903 (The NG is now nothing more than another branch of standing military and not a true militia).

An armed and most importantly TRAINED civilian population operating outside of federal oversight is a threat that no oligarchy would ever voluntarily allow. It is the ultimate wrecking ball against government corruption. This is why the 2nd Amendment has already, to some extent, been neutered. It has lost one of two vital parts: Gun rights are still present, but citizen organization is gone. Without both elements the country will never be truly secure and free.

The reason the modern establishment media has been so hostile to the militia concept is because they fear patriot organization more than anything else. They want people isolated from each other, focused only on their own preparedness efforts but constantly vulnerable due to their limited ability to project defense or offense. If you are alone, your circle of security is your house and your front door – you are doomed. If you are part of a militia, your circle of security is your town, or your county, or perhaps even your entire state. You now have a chance to survive and stay free.

There will be people who argue that a militia solution is impossible because in order for such groups to be constitutionally legal they must be approved by the state government they reside in and operate at the whim of the White House. This is only if we were pursuing a “constitutional” militia; I think that ship sailed a long time ago. If the establishment has no respect for the original intent of the constitution, then we can no longer play by the same rules as our forebears. We have to organize outside of the lines.

Militias need to exist whether they are approved or not. Cooperation at the state or county level should be pursued, but this is dependent on the honor of that particular local government. If they are not cooperative and are not honorable then citizens will have to organize anyway.
