Cuba also announced several meaningful economic reforms. I think they will be going on the $USD and eliminate the military company that owns everything unless they want Marco Rubio as the new presidente.

Exxon Mobil v. Corporación Cimex

The Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled in Exxon Mobil v. Corporación Cimex that a lawsuit by Exxon Mobil against Cuban state-owned companies for the confiscation of assets owned by subsidiaries of the oil giant’s predecessor can go forward.

Writing for the majority, Justice Brett Kavanaugh explained that the Helms-Burton Act, a federal law passed in 1996, cancels the immunity that the Cuban government and its companies would normally have, so that plaintiffs seeking to rely on that statute to sue them are not required to satisfy an exception to the Foreign Sovereign...

Look at what happened when the Federal Republic of Germany, absorbed the Marxist DDR.

The whole nation is now East Germany; and its Political Class traces RIGHT BACK to their Young Pioneers (IIRC) leadership grooming program.

The lights are going out and the jobs are leaving, or are being erased. Kinda like...Amerika after Bubba Priapic finished his turn at destroying the US's economy, banking regulations, and any stray young females that crossed his vision.

I'm not seeing the RINOpubicans doing anything meaningful to oppose them.

IMHO, it's not D-versus-R but Elites-versus-Normies, the former Middle Class.

There are very few Normies in elected office or in party positions.

And we see how the System rejects them, the way a patient's body will reject a transplated organ.

Well, we had been trying to assassinate Fidel for years, applying unlawful sanctions, and occupation of Cuban land long after our illegal lease expired....

Trump warned Cuba regime change would give him another Iran problem​

Regime change in Cuba would look more like Iran than Venezuela, American spy agencies have warned.

As Washington increases pressure on Havana, its officials are searching for a new Cuban leader in the mould of Delcy Rodríguez, the vice-president who took over in Venezuela when the US captured Nicolás Maduro.

However, American intelligence agencies have decided that the situation in Cuba is less like that in Venezuela and more like that in Iran, sources who had been briefed on the intelligence reports told the New York Times.
