Circuit turned around and said the complete opposite: the challenge was premature, the rules weren’t final, and the real harm was to the administration. Instant circuit split. SCOTUS yanked the case and ordered briefs by Monday.

While the entire media circus and the professional outrage machine stayed glued to the SAVE Act ... the high-drama, sixty-vote, birth-certificate circus that still can’t get past the Senate filibuster ... the real, durable, lower-friction win slipped right through the side door.

Official Election Mail logos that work exactly like the Amazon package confirmation every American already uses without crying racism. Federal gating via citizenship lists. Chain-of-custody data that turns “mysteriously disappeared” red-county ballots into prosecutable evidence instead of shrugged-off “glitches.”

No new voter burdens. No endless provisional-ballot sob stories for the networks. No 60-vote Senate math. Just existing postal authority turning the mailstream into an auditable checkpoint that sticks once it’s live.

Progressives sued so fucking hard in two friendly courts that they accidentally delivered the higher-value fight straight to the only court that can end their shit. Ruthless. Self-inflicted. And the most delicious part is they still don’t even realize how badly they just bent themselves over.

The Democrat Party made a report on why they lost the 2024 election

In the report it acknowledges Democrats lost the:

- Black vote
- Hispanic vote
- Asian vote
- and Native American vote

There was also a missing chapter in the report that was the most critical part. Emails were tried to be recovered on what was said and all those emails have been wiped

What did House Intel Committee Chair DEVIN NUNES do that resulted in his having a SHADOW GOVERNMENT operation launched against him [and against his staff, which at the time included current FBI Director KASH PATEL]?

He called a press conference in March of 2017 to discuss intelligence that was shared with him about the ILLEGAL UNMASKING of Trump campaign personnel who's electronic communications were being INTERCEPTED and CATALOGUED by the outgoing Obama administration.

For committing that 'crime' against the shadow government, Nunes was forced to STEP DOWN and be investigated because shadow government operatives like that shitheel ADAM SCHIFF claimed that Nunes had just COMPROMISED **CLASSIFIED NATIONAL SECURITY INFORMATION** by holding that press conference and discussing this.

What did Nunes actually SAY during that press conference that led to his having to step down and be investigated?

Nunes said that he was shown intel agency intercepts of text messages, phone calls and emails between TRUMP CAMPAIGN PERSONNEL and TRANSITION TEAM MEMBERS, where their identities had been UNMASKED.

He also **CLEARLY STATED** that in the intercepts he was shown, there was NO FOREIGN POLICY OR DISCUSSION ABOUT RUSSIA OR CHINA OR ANY FORIEGN ISSUE.

He stated the discussions he saw where the Trump transition team comms were intercepted, unmasked, and then placed inside reports circulated AT THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF THE OUTGOING OBAMA ADMINISTRATION had to do with staffing hires and domestic policy conversations.

Immediately after Nunes held that press conference and revealed that the Trump transition team was being spied on by the IC, and having their comms intercepted, placed in transcripts and their names unmasked, Rep. Adam Schiff ANGRILY called for Nunes to be investigated for 'revealing classified information'.

There was no 'outgoing Obama Administration'.

Obama was never really running anything anyway. THE SHADOW GOVERNMENT WAS. THE SHADOW GOVERNMENT WAS RUNNING EVERYTHING.

And because Trump was the first OUTSIDER to force his way in, the SHADOW GOVERNMENT took SPECIAL MEASURES to **SPY ON** the Trump campaign, hoping to sabotage it and prevent him from winning the 2016 election.

And when that failed, the Shadow Government moved on to furiously SPYING ON THE TRUMP TRANSITION TEAM, trying to get intel it could use to sabotage and destroy the incoming Trump administration.

Problem is, the ones that did the '79 revolution weren't the ones in power in '52
