^^^ did they refuse to pay him,
Amazing, innit? They take a game based on trust - that the casino, unlike a sidewalk shell-game hustler, will pay out on the rare times they lose - and interject fraud, and thus, suspicion, distrust, into the mix. These midwits in corporate corner offices...think that bribing regulators is the end-stage of the con. No, it's only the BEGINNING. The casino gets its loose permission to deny, steal, rip off gamblers; and the gamblers obviously SEE it.^^^ did they refuse to pay him, like we hear of so many casinos doing when someone hits for the big prize?
