U.S. Disables Ship a Day Into Blockade, Strait of Hormuz Transits Hit Low As Risk Appetite Falls

U.S. Central Command forces disabled an oil tanker, shooting Hellfire missiles in the ship’s smokestacks, just one day after the U.S. reinstated the blockade of all Iranian ports and coastline.

MT Belma (IMO: 9289491) was allegedly sailing toward Iran when CENTCOM forces said it ignored multiple warnings about violating the U.S. blockade. A U.S. aircraft then shot the Hellfire missiles into Belma’s smokestack, according to a Wednesday announcement from the U.S. command.

Biden, we had cheap gas, no war, very little inflation, the Straight of Hormuz was open, no soldiers were dying....
What're you talkin' about Willis? Gas was 'spensive as f'.

Inflation was through the roof.

Borders were wide open and letting people in by the millions.

Now with whore muz supposedly closed, gas is cheaper than when Biden's stupid ass was in there.

Edited to add: adjusted for inflation, gas should be at least $5/gal right now. That it isn't, is f'ing amazing.

gas here was 2.50...
Gas hasn't averaged $2.50 a gallon since Trump's first term.

Soon as Biden got in, the average did nothing but go up. Was well over $3 a gallon for his whole term.

With a high over $5 a gallon in '22

$2.50/ gal under Biden? Lol
