My older sister had one of her retirement accounts converted to an annuity without her consent or knowledge. The big name company just started sending her $700 a month claiming that she okayed on a account worth about 100k. Interestingly, they gave her a new spouse too...long divorced.
She got a securities attorney to fix it.
 
If you don't hold it, you don't own it.

Liars can do anything with paper. With digital images of paper...twice fake.
